Location was decent. Could’ve been cleaner, some orange yellowish residue on the walls? Toilet stopped up with toilet paper, but quick to be fixed. Front desk person was nice and helpful. Free hotel breakfast was edible.

Location very easy with restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Rooms large and very clean and house keeping attentive. They also are not intrusive - pool is clean, breakfast is a bit better than the usual that you get other mid range hotels. The front of house staff are fantastic and friendly with lots of advice and help. Only one was well below par who was absolutely a "not my job" person with atrocious customer facing skills - if you get her then dont bother asking anything, wait til the shift changes and all will be well, everyone else is a dream. So - overall, very happy - clean, big rooms, fridges and miscrowaves in all rooms, large rooms, beds are proper King size and everything feels new. DO book here - DONT book across the street at the Baymont as you will absolutely regret it!

The front desk lady needed the luggage carrier and it was in our room we didn’t know you couldn’t keep it in the room and when she asked for it she said”get it now” like rushing me for no reason and just being straight up disrespectful will not be coming back….

Pull the covers back on bed piece of a Doritos chip and dark black long hair was on bed also somebody left some pills by the microwave, and dirt and debris behind sofa

This place is trash..don’t waste your money..rooms smell like wet dog and the manager is never there and last but not least no extra towels..the curtains were ripped and ceiling had mold spots and last but not least nats, asked to change rooms none were available, total lie..stay away , you been warned!

This hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly specially the manager of the this property her name is mehak she is kind and ready to help everybody anytime either it's late night. You can see her morning afternoon all the time. Breakfast is very nice owner spend enough money for the guest for better breakfast

Worst hotel my life ! Don’t stay here is better if you sleep in the car . Dirty, bugs and cockroaches. We booked for two weeks but we left second day . There is nothing to do with RUDE and ARROGANT receptions lady if don’t listing and talk up to me while I am try to explain the problems we have in our stay . She answered many time it’s no my problem and it’s no my job . No towels clean , dirty room , no clean the room daily , no replace towels with clean , bugs in the bed , cockroaches, alarm co2 keep make noise , key doesn’t open the door . Dear lady you work for the hotel and you represent the Hotel and it’s your job . We asked many time to talk with manager but there is Manager in place and even they don’t know when will be in service . They don’t clean the room daily and if you have dirty towels you need bring in the reception for get clean one . You deserve report to Properly Standards department because your Hotel it’s unsafe .

Not terrible, but probably won’t stay here again. First off, when you walk in the front door the entire entryway and common areas smell like ****…. Like strong enough that your clothes smell like ****. The room was clean, as were the beds. The pillows were old and musty, but we had some pillows with us. The room was surprisingly large. We had two queens and a pull out sofa. The free breakfast was good, pretty typical.

MAHEK IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE, every hotel needs managers like her. Our stay has been amazing, we have been at a lot of hotels all over the us, and this hotel has a great breakfast, and everyone is very polite and accommodating to me and my two dogs, we will be back!

I went to Plano for my mom's funeral. My Autistic son wiĺl only stay at a Best Western, not after this trip. First I mopped bathroom floor, yellow stain like dried pee. Large toenails clipped on floor. Dried French fries under couch. Washing machine broken lost $4.00 they gave me only $2.00 back. Person sleeping in car in parking lot, would come in to eat. I chose this hotel because non-smoking policy. They stood at front door and smoked, I am highly allergic, I complained, response was they live here. Breakfast was not normal for a Best Western.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ROOM!!! Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. We booked two nights. They refused to redo our keys so we could get back in our room. They checked us out a day early for no reason and kept our money. They claimed we did something to our keys to make them not work and would not give us new ones. So no access to the room that was paid for. They lied to customer service reps as well, stating we checked out the second day.

Paid 337$ for two nights but we had to run from this hotel on the first day because of the poor condition. Complete lack of responsibility and poor customer service. If you raise your concerns, they try to frame and turn the cards against us! This is a scam and think twice, before paying a penny! We are a group of 2 adults and 2 kids (age 4 and 8) Our concerns are, 1. Bugs in room had bitten my kid and his eye lids were swollen 2. Hall way and room smells terrible 3. Room is very dirty and dust flying around 4. Worn out carpet 5. Torn drapes 6. Stained window curtains and lamps 7. They do not provide basic amenities like blanket, comforter and pillow and ask why we are a group of four, though the room allowed the booking for 4. (Booked the room with King Bed and Sofa Bed) 8. Sofa bed was terrible and definitely from a decade old feeling those springs. 9. Fridge cabinets were rusty and am just noticing frosted as well 10. Main door locks not functioning 11. Bathroom door not shutting off 12. Bedsheet is all wrinkled and not clean. With hair from the previous guests! I have lot of videos showing the pathetic condition of this room
