I stayed at the CAMBRIA at 7500 Parkwood Blvd. My 23 year old truck was broken into during the night in the parking provided on the pool side of the building. The criminals broke the driver’s side door handle and lock when they entered. They left the interior in shambles. One of the employees shared that they have seen and reported suspicious people at night but that no measures have been taken. No cameras. No additional lights. No patrol. I was staying here with my 16 year old daughter and her softball team. If an employee doesn’t feel safe it seems maybe hotel guests shouldn’t either? Hotel management had nothing to offer but an apology, a reminder that there are signs posted that disclaim any hotel responsibility for monitoring their own parking lot, and a free drink. I didn’t take them up on the drink.

Angela, the receptionist at the front desk ensured we received our room on time and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We love the layout and the cleanliness of the rooms here! Adding Cambria to the list of recommended hotels for us and our family.

Stayed here for a business trip and meetings held right at the hotel. Very clean and nicely appointed. The meeting rooms were very nice and the seating in the rooms was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to minor issues and resolved issues quite well. The hotel is located in a business district but short drive to many dining and entertainment options in the area. Nice breakfast and bar right on the premises off the lobby. I will definitely stay here again on any return trips.

The Cambria is a great hotel in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to excellent restaurants! Huge clean room with 2 t.v.s and a very comfortable bed. We booked this place with the intention of using the “free shuttle” as we were in town for the National Championship football game at Toyota Stadium and were relying on this mode of transportation. We were very disappointed to find out on arriving that they have no shuttle at all even though it is advertised on all of the websites. We were first told that it was “broken” and out of service but later we were told,they haven’t had this service since Covid. We brought it up to the manager Mariana as the free shuttle was why we booked this place to begin with. Mariana went out of her way to help resolve this issue. She paid for two trips on Uber to compensate us. All in all,it was a great place to stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing like ending your day to have a FANTASTIC front desk receptionist like Angela, whose smile makes you feel welcomed that you’re there and her over and beyond customer service ! And to wind down in the lobby with Chayce ensuring your meal and drinks are taken care of to like a rockstar!!

Trip with my high school friend and sister for an overnight visit. Checkin was smooth we even were able to get in the room by 2:30 instead of 3pm. Loved that checkout was at noon as this gave us time to eat breakfast and layout by the saltwater pool. The room was comfortable and spacious for 3 of us. Angela at the front desk was super nice.

The hotel is very nice, has a great bar and comfortable beds! It is close to many restaurants in the Legacy area. Angela at the front desk is extremely nice and went out of her way to make our stay awesome. We will definitely return.

When I walked into the room I found a human hair braid cut off on my bed. I brought it to the front desk, the guy jumped to the ceiling, yet never offered me any refund. The hotel is falling apart, all furniture is 30 years old, ripped up. The breakfast is awful. I don't understand what kind of low standards people that give this hotel a nice review, have. It's a dump.

Great hotel, there was a minor problem with my room, there was a crack in the ceiling but only due to the Building Settling. This issue was resolved by the front desk and we were offered Choice Hotel Points. Great bartender, very skilled and knowledgeable on the various Teas & Drinks offered at this hotel. Will be returning here in June with my Grandparents!

The hotel staff was excellent and the bartender at the hotel bar was skilled. He made me a great smoked old fashioned. I went for a corporate workshop that the hotel provided workspace and food for. The food was great. The corner suite had plenty of room to stretch out.

Amazing Staff, Very Clean, Text for Assistance, great location, good event food! I even needed a rare thing (a gift bag and tissue paper) and Aaron goes into the back office and walks back out with both! Totally saved my day and weekend. The staff was ALWAYS willing to assist

I would probably give this 4.5 stars, but that was not an option. The hotel is located in a good spot and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking is around the hotel and free, but not covered. The staff was friendly and helpful and I love having the bar at the end of the day for drinks and conversation. You have to pay for breakfast, but I usually just have coffee. It seem that if the hotel has a bar or restaurant, the breakfast is not free. I'm not sure why they can't figure out how to have both. The hotel has been remodeled and they did a good job. The room was quiet and had a nice desk and sofa to lounge on and do work if desired. Wifi was free and worked pretty well. All of this was at a very resonable price per night for the area. All in all, it was a great staycation hotel for my wife and me. I would definitely stay there again.
