The are to many unprofessionals working in one hotel. The manager has bad grammar and is not able to conduct a proper conversation. … and front desk woman with the long deadlocks she is very argumentative and needs a refresher course on the front desk process

Terrible. They don't clean the room, only for reservations of more than 4 days. Breakfast doesn't have half of the items in the photos. I would take papaya, but all the other items are missing. You have to beg for coffee in the machine every day. The bathtub is clogged, very expensive for a 5th category hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Had a wonderful time at the Sonesta Suites. I was so pleased with the accommodations and there was sufficient space for everyone. Was extremely happy to be on the ground floor and close to an exit door for my aged mother. Breakfast was great.

They are using disposable plates for the breakfast. For the hot dishes, those disposable plates are not good.

Breakfast was basic, and you would need to be at the Breakfast station before 9:30, they ran out fast. The sheets were not clean. Cleaning only happens if guests are staying more than 5 days, so absolutely no cleaning, no fresh towels. Tissue is only given through request from the front desk workers.
