The air conditioner, refrigerator and exhaust fan in the room are old and make noise all night. The breakfast is a standard American breakfast, which is quite rich. The hotel's swimming pool looks good.

We like the staff, super nice people but the building ( in thre process of renovation outside ) needs work inside. The pool area has clumps of hair around the pool and hot tub, a used bandaid near the windows. The elevator is not quite Tower of Terror but spooky, jumps a bit. Our shower had lukewarm water at best.
The room was clean but also just needs updating, and maybe thst is part of the renovation as well.
Again the staff are very nice and accomodating...just needs some work.

Stayed 5 days for work. Hotel is under construction / remodel and is short staffed. I paid in advance for the 5 nights. Had I known, or if that was disclosed, I would have booked elsewhere. Cleaning staff only came in every other day. When they did, they would take the used towels but not leave new ones. Or replenish the shampoo, but leave no soap. Reached out to front desk and ask if they could bring some up and was told to come down and they would give me a towel or bar of soap at the front desk! I not a hotel snob, but no thank you La Quinta.

The hotel seems to be a long term residence , the furniture in the room was torn and stained , the bathroom has a leaky toilet and a hole in the wall … we stayed 5 hours and left ! Couldn’t find the front desk attendant finally when she appeared she has mascara running down her face and looked like she just rolled out of bed ! Horrible accommodations

The front staff was very pleasant. However, the hotel is is very poor shape. There is construction underway but that was not disclosed when I booked. Had I known, I would have selected a different hotel since the experience is not as nice.

No airport shuttle.
This hotel advertises shuttle to the airport. I called in advance 2 days before and asked at checkin and they said even though it is advertised on the site they no longer offer airport shuttle.
It is a $28.00 uber ride .
Deadbolt on door didn’t work. The carpet was really dirty.
Plastic bag over the smoke detector.
