Hotel Mirador Papagayo by LIVVO

The breakfast was fantastic there are a few mixed reviews on the evening meals but personally there wasn't a meal we didn't enjoy. The pool area is large no shortage on sunbeds and the spa was only €20 each for 90 minutes and the facilities were great! Could not fault the service it was amazing all staff were really friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was we had no one attend our room form house keeping for 2 days in a row so we had to request clean towels on those days.

The rooms were well maintained and the facilities were great. I would have to say the option for food for dinner was not great. Better options can be provided.

Amazing hotel and staff! It is with absolute sincerity that I finally get to set aside a few minutes to thank you for what would have been a disaster if it weren’t for your caring attention concerning my Passport/ Credit cards that I had locked up in the room safe while on vacation earlier this month. Given the time lapse since the incident may support how strongly I feel in gratitude for the way you acted way beyond what could be expected in having my credentials removed from the room safe and delivered to the airport,allowing me to travel home without having to re-book flights and hotelsby Taxi.   The mere thought of the anguish and distress makes me shiver, and I so want you to know that your caring efficiency saved me way beyond the norm and shall remain in my prayerful thoughts for a long time to come. Highly recommend 🙌  

The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average.

Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing rooms, staff are super friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The location is great and the promenade is the perfect place to take a stroll into the marina and beyond. We will 100% be returning. Thank you Mirador x

Food wss excellent and poolswere warm enough in December (+/- 25°) Kids lived it and we as well.
