I loved this hotel. Me and my boyfriend decided to go on a short holiday in half term and chose this hotel as it was relatively cheap whilst also being quite central in playa las americas. When we arrived the hotel is very clean. We got to our room and we had been given a double family room for the 2 of us. i didn’t book this so this was a nice surprise as we had a double balcony which looked over the sea and we could see the sunset. The bathroom was lovely and the rooms were very clean with huge beds, cleaned every day to a perfect standard. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast which was extensive and filled us up, the dinner buffet was also really nice and changed every night with fresh food also being made in front of you. The pool side had lots of chairs and we never struggled to get a seat, the pool was nice and a nice temperature. There was a bar near the pool with crisps and drinks and on the last day there was a pool party with music and rubber dingies which we both loved as it was some entertainment. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the beach and the main bars and we managed to walk to many different areas with no problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel can’t fault it

It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

Upon arrival at the hotel we were told our Suite was ready, upon arrival at the Suite, serval floors upstairs, our Suite was not, almost an hour delayed in being ready., we stood outside. The restaurant food was very good, and the pool area was very clean and tidy. I was disappointed with the room key and internet not working on a few occasions, casing various trips to the more often than not really really busy reception. The reception staff were pleasant and kind yet in my view overwhelmed with arrivals. Twice I observed such large ques at the desk I gave up and waited, being over an hour, once causing me not leave our room because we had room keys that didn’t work. Twice i telephoned reception and didn’t get an answer. They need to have a dedicated reception person to manage those in residence. The Suite was very dusty, there are various door ledges and coving panels around the Suite and the floor was really dusty. Resulting in me having to wear shoes to stop my feet from being so dusty, it was annoying. The hard wood effect floor resulted in me using a wet towel and then walking - shuffling around the Suite to mop up the dust, almost every other day. I did raise concerns and the room was given a deep clean yet the following day I showed the cleaner my concerns to no avail. I confirmed with the receptionist that although I had a Suite with mini fridge there was no access to getting ice, no ice bucket to transport or store it either. I was told to go to the bar with a glass, also it was not open 24hrs. Also the receptionist confirmed the free filtered tap fountain water was in the restaurant, no receptacles for the water were available, also the restaurant is also closed in between service. I did see a few recycling bins around the pool area, however I felt recycling was mostly missed.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located. Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note. We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us. It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week. The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot. We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

I was sceptical about my stay here due to the amount of mixed reviews but i couldn't really fault the hotel. It seems as though most reviews are from All Inclusive customers so maybe this is not recommended? We were bed & breakfast only. Starting with check in, we arrived around 2/3am due to a flight delay. The receptionist was not rude, he was extremely helpful. The hotel is in the middle of no where so we asked where the nearest shop was and he explained and marked it on a map for us to follow. Its a BP garage and its about a 15 minute walk and is 24 hours. We were in room 2089 with a pool view, room was very spacious. Bathroom, living area and separate bedroom. Room is cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. We only ate breakfast twice during our weeks stay as it wasn't very nice. Huge variety of pastries but in terms of hot food, your choice limited, mini hot dog sausages, beans, eggs and on the odd occasion hash browns but the quality was cheap and just overall, not nice. Always plenty of sun loungers available by the pool, music is played from 11-6 (or thereabouts) and there is always entertainment staff getting you involved with water sports etc. The pool bar is reasonably priced and they do lovely Pizza's! It is card only though, they do not take cash. Taxi into the main part of Las Americas is around 5 euro each way or if you go to Costa Adeje(highly recommend) it's between 6 & 8 euro. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and i don't have any complaints apart from the breakfast. The golf course view is STUNNING! The staff are lovely if you are patient with them.
