HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

After paying a substantial amount of money for what was to be a holiday with a bit of class , it was nothing more than a terrible experience. As advertised by the company your accommodation was to be a family bungalow with your own sun lounger’s tables chairs etc. On arrival we were handed a map of the complex and our room circled to be sent on our merry way to find the room. After a good search we finally found the room which we were greeted by about 12 steps up a dark alleyway. Initially when we opened the door the place looked quite spacious but in studying it more we realised that we were practically on the Main Street. We had no balcony space and no sun loungers ,as for the view it was as walls or the Main Street. We left the apartment to explore the rest of the place which I could safely say that it certainly wasn’t what we expected. I requested that we get another room and I was told to come back to reception in the morning. The night was interesting as we had entertainment until the early hours of the morning without even having to leave the room. We were booked B/B so in the morning we proceeded to go to the breakfast room. The selection was very limited and cold. I over heard a lady saying to the waiter that it was 2 days in a row that the cups were dirty so we opted to drink out of paper cups. At this point in time my husband and daughter just had enough. We returned to the reception to see about a different room which we were offered but to be honest the whole good was taken out of it so we opted to leave and go to another cleaner accommodation. We still haven’t had any luck with some kind of refund . All in all I will definitely NOT be recommending this accommodation to anyone. Our room was 156 if anyone ever gets this be warned.

The location is perfect and the rooms are great for all kinds of groups and the staff here is amazing and I would a 100% recommend this hotel for everyone and all kind of groups

Holiday with family, all adults 3 of us had been before Relaxed atmosphere good choice of food ,restaurant and bar staff staff friendly and helpful Rooms cleaned every day accept Sunday ,bungalows good size Beds hard but we didn't have problem sleeping Best location, easy access to everything but own little hub and once in couldn't hear any noise Excellent for young families For what we payed feel was value for money Can definitely recommend although not sure how it would be at busier times of the year

Just returned home from a brilliant family holiday here. The hotel is super clean and the food variety for all-inclusive is great, especially the snacks served at the bar! However, the absolute highlight of our trip was the animation team! Rio, Sergio, Erika, Anna, and Amelie were completely outstanding. They went above and beyond every day, always keeping us busy with great activities and making this a holiday we will never forget. They made it so special for our whole family. Even involving my 4 year old daughter in the adult activities! Rio, Sergio, and Anna even joined us one evening for drinks at a bar away from the hotel, which was such a wonderful personal touch. Thank you all so much for the amazing memories!

We were staying at the hotel and our package includes breakfast and dinner. After returning from a boat trip, we went to the restaurant to ask if we could pay for lunch, as we understood that lunch was not included. Before eating, I specifically showed the waiter my wristband and asked about lunch. He checked it and told me that we could have lunch, that water was free, and that we only needed to pay for alcoholic drinks and other drinks. Based on what the waiter told us, we went ahead and had the buffet lunch. While we were eating, the manager I think his name was Josie then came over and told us that lunch was not included. We were told that we would either have to pay for the lunch or essentially give up our dinner and have lunch instead. This was really upsetting because we had specifically asked before eating to avoid exactly this situation. We relied on the information given to us by a member of staff, so it was very frustrating to then be told something completely different after we had already eaten. I understand that the hotel may have different meal arrangements, but the communication between staff needs to be much clearer. If lunch wasn’t included, we should have been told that before we sat down and ate. Hopefully the hotel can improve communication between staff so other guests aren’t put in the same uncomfortable position.

Reception is a shambles and at 11pm the last thing you need to be arguing about is a missing bungalow….once it was sorted (midnight and all tui’s fault) we got to our bungalows that were all different and totally mixed up ( family’s with kids , bigger bungalows and games rooms etc) we arrived at our no65 and it was a complete s*** hole dirtiest place I have ever been allocated. Next morning we went straight to the reception and after an hour we had a meeting with the head cleaner and she was disgusted by the state of the room and we got moved INSTANTLY. To be fair our new room and the other 3 bungalows were very acceptable so at this point all Is good. Staff are lovely and food was lots to choose from. I’m Gluten intolerant and they did try very hard to accommodate but the signs on the food says wheat but the chef says it’s ok it’s gluten free the sign means - so very confusing even the chips say no gluten but then he was trying to make me a special batch 🤔 if you ask in the morning they have a GF selection they can give you including home made pancakes that were amazing. Pools are fab and for families it’s been just what we needed so would come back … maybe the entertainment could be better.
