We always book to stay in the Safari centre area twice a year. First time staying here and it’s definitely our favourite. Have already booked to stay again Easter. Great location and very clean and modern. We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex apartment overlooking the pool. There were always sunbeds available around the pool and no one was reserving them with towels like other complex’s. The alcohol drinks were cheaply priced at the pool side bar but the soft drinks were 4 euro so we brought cans from local supermarket and kept them in the fridge on the room and fetched them when needed. Hotel is available with Jet 2 but we found it cheaper to book hotel direct and book fights separately.

I have to start off with, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. You get dropped off right in front of the hotel . First, the hotel is in a great location. The reception is clean and bright, and the girls on the desk are friendly and very professional. They take time to give you all the information you need and answer any questions you have. The cleaners and maintenance staff are always on the go, keeping the hotel and rooms up to a very high standard . The pool isn't the biggest one we have had but is very well maintained, and there were always sunbeds if we wanted one. The pool bar is well run and not that expensive. The entertainment is on the stage next to the pool and pool bar, and there was always something on. The room was fantastic, spacious, and clean. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We had a ground floor one bedroom studio which had a terrace and opened onto a grassed area at the front of the hotel. On the terrace was a table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Both the sitting room and the bedroom opened up onto the terrace. The one bedroom studio has a main living area, with a breakfast bench, a small kitchen, with a 2 ring hob, loads of utensils, a kettle, a coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. A bathroom with a great shower ,sink with vanity mirror, with loads of space around the sink to put your toiletries and a hairdryer. The bedroom was quite big and had two single beds pushed together too make a big bed But it was still a very comfortable bed,2 bedside tables and wardrobes. You have la plaz ***** just around the corner at the side of the hotel, and 2 minutes further down the road is the main ***** . Where you will find loads of bars and restaurants and has a great atmosphere. The beach is only about a 6 minute walk away from the hotel. It's a lovely beach and has a great promenade with loads of bars and restaurants, that have fantastic views. This is the only hotel where my wife has said she could see herself living in. I have already booked our other holidays for this year but We will definitely be back .

Our room was lovely and clean, super spacious too! We were on the ground floor overlooking the pool area so we had a large balcony and sunbeds of our own which was perfect for us! Food isn’t great - not much choice but you get what you pay for. We did spend a lot of time out of the hotel although we booked AI but always plenty of sunbeds to use after being out all day, and overall a very positive experience. Downside is there is no air con in the rooms, just a ceiling fan so we were often very hot in the room!

We came to the hotel as a family of 2 at the end of October and received certain impressions regarding our holiday here. Some moments amazed us at how advanced this hotel is, and some other disappointed. I`m gonna start from counting good things: Great staff who works in here. I did not see anybody more friendly, helpful and understanding like people who work here. We did not feel any discomfort while speaking to anybody here, and it was lovely experience. The rooms were very good in terms of space, interior and facilities. We had everything to cook on our own, including cutlery and plates, even though we mostly ate in a restaurants. Also, we had a big comfortable balcony. The food was amazing, cooks and serving personnel are very friendly and tried to fulfil all our wishes. There was a lot of everything, and even the picky ones will find something their own. Every day is special in terms of cooking, there were different dishes, but at the same time the balance was kept - nothing was switched rapidly. The location of this hotel is very decent - everything can be reached within 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel: shopping centers, beaches, shops, grocery stores, parks. But some things we dislikes a lot. Very old and dirty towels, they used to be white someday, but now they are grey and had to be thrown away to bin a long time ago. Sometimes we were given dirty towels that had stains and we had to ask to change them once again. The same way, pillows were horrible and had to have its own place next to towels in the bin. For 4 stars it would be better to have other matrasses and bedding. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. There are a lot of questions to housekeeping, because it is hard to rate properly their cleaning in the hotel. We understand that Tenerife is subtropic island, and there are a lot of local cockroaches, but it does not mean they can`t be NOT removed during few days from laying next to elevator, which is close to the entrance of main restaurant. And it certainly does not mean that they can`t be dealt in any way - I saw a live cockroach running on the floor at the pool restaurant at lunch. Room cleaning was bad, especially toilet and shower, but somewhy the housepeeking considered it was a great idea to move our belongings in bathroom to other shelfs from sink. We did not understand whether was the bedding changed during our time of stay (6 nights), and if it was, it means that bedding is disastrous because it`s the same as dirty one. There were bathroom stains, and it looks very bad. Also, live bug got from canalization to our shower. We had all-inclusive, and still were asked to pay for the safe if we want to use it (50 euros for 6 nights). From personal opinion, I did not like that shower did not have door to be closed, it is opened-type, but it`s more somebody`s personal preference than some disadvantage. Lunch is not that diverse unlike breakfast or dinner because it is spent in pool restaurant, which is smaller than the main

Just got back from a week here, staff are so friendly and the hotel is so clean. We stayed all inclusive and at times was disappointed but again there was other days the food was perfect although repetitive and a lot of pork we only had breakfast once it wasn’t for our taste. All that being said there was always plenty of options. We didn’t stay in to see the entertainment so I can’t comment on that. The pool area was always packed but the 2 back sun terrace’ was quieter. We had a room over looking the street and although a bit noisy when the bars was shutting it didn’t really disturb us and certainly wasn’t an issue for us. Over all we loved our stay and are gutted to be home. Thank you to everyone at Parque la Paz for a lovely stay.

Been holidaying here for the past 17yrs always in a 1 bed apartment usually ground floor pool view but as our daughter is older decided to book 2 bed deluxe duplex room.Room same standard as 1 bed which we expected but it was the terrace area that we wanted but this was a disappointment. In my opinion the outside wasn’t deluxe..parasol stand but no parasol and metal framed seating area hasn’t had cushions on until our last day when a man arrived with no words of who he was just to bring them to room. The idea of the day bed is good but as a family of 3 it was an issue to sunbathe so took 2 sunbeds from nearby sun terrace that everyday wasn’t used and brought them to our room.Unfortunately the housekeeping manager saw we had these beds and were removed from the room immediately. We are regular guests to hotels so found this unsettling the manor they were removed as no warning just man pointed at bed I was laying on and told to move.We had planned to return them to area we removed them from so I never thought it would be a big issue.Think they should have atleast 2 single beds in terrace as day bed not comfortable for family if 3 to sunbathe. Not sure I will return after all these years after the way the staff entered our room as I think reception should have called us to explain we shouldn’t have removed beds rather than what happened. Also miss seeing Tomas

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious and immaculate. We faced the Andorra which I was a little disappointed at first as I’ve been twice now and both times had the same view. But we didn’t get sun this side which made the rooms that bit cooler. Which became a blessing. Maids came everyday, clean towels, beds made which was nice. Pool area very clean, the lady lifeguard was really nice, she put some floats out which was helpful as my mother can’t swim. Night time entertainment lacks, and the alcohol is so weak on all inclusive you could drink all day and night without even feeling a bit tipsy and I’m a lightweight. I know house spirits are not as strong but theirs are something else. Food was absolutely fine and I’m picky, very clean dining areas. Loved the area were you could help yourself to hot drinks, cold drinks, lager and sangria. Saved waiting at the bar. Overall I’d definitely stay again, just would like better cocktails.

The hotel is well situated and there are plenty of bars nearby. We chose a pool view room ,and we were in room 28 ground floor,it was a good choice as we got most of the sun on the right side of the pool, the other side is shaded until at least 15.00 but plenty of sunbeds.Reception were brilliant and very polite and informative. We only had a couple of snacks which were ok .The beds were comfy and the room was massive. We would definitely come back .
