Staff: Staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and efficient. Many guests highlight the welcoming attitude of employees, from reception to cleaning teams, and the proactive assistance provided during stays.

Great hotel near to everything staff friendly plenty of sunbeds beds made everyday great view from balcony only downfall Carnt play with balls in pool or any floaties snack bar was great.Just a shame it didn’t do any entertainment.

Booked a one bedroom superior apartment direct with the hotel. The apartment was on the ground floor, close to reception, as described, and was very clean and well equipped. This apartment was in the main building and facing the main pool area. The downside for me was the constant noise all day long, from 6 in the morning when the cleaners started work, to the early hours of the morning when inconsiderate guests came back in. Reception area could also be noisy throughout the day. Most of this is unfortunately outside the hotel control. I have stayed at this complex on 2 other occasions, but in different locations and did not have this problem. The hotel, location and staff were good. Breakfast was more or less same each morning, but had a nice choice of hot and cold food. There is ample room around the pool areas and plenty of sunbeds to go round, so long as people don't leave towels on all day long, as was the case sometimes. The pool area is closed off until 9.30 am but I did notice some guests couldn't wait for the chains to be unlocked and were actually going underneath the chains and down the steps which is a health and safety accident waiting to happen and needs addressing. All in all I enjoyed my stay in Tenerife, which I know very well. Not getting much sleep in my 2 week stay wasn't great so I would suggest you take ear plugs, just in case you get a noisy area.
