The hotel is in the best location of the city: by the best beaches and at the same time in the heart of the city. Many restaurants and shops are a few meters away. There is also a grocery store in the building.
Most of the apartments overlook the indoor pool. You have to be careful with the ones that look outside, because some of them face a noisier main road. However, among these are also the best apartments that overlook the sea. Although there are restaurants below them, they are not too noisy.
The building has two floors. The disadvantage of the first floor is that guests leave in front of the terraces.
The apartments are well furnished and well insulated from the neighbors. You can even go to the beach in a bathing suit.
In the inner garden the beds are a bit tight, so there is no real privacy. 12 EU for two beds and a parasol on the beach.

Although rated 3 stars it is a good basic hotel we were self catering and didn’t have one problem during our stay, has a TV with YouTube and Netflix which was great when having a one year old, cleaners are great seemed to come around every 2 days, the supermarket that is near the pool is a lot cheaper than the other two outside of the hotel, entertainment every, location is great near the beach and plenty restaurants can get loud as it is busy overall excellent stay

3 very central for bars and pubs , on the beach , Very noisy slamming gate kept us awake, Would not return until fixed , Or a room on the main road , Good entertainment, pool clean , rooms dated , nice staff, Spoiled for choice off beaches on doorstep,

Had a great stay here loads to do loads of places to eat great food. especially vista sur restaurant great value. staff on reception were all so nice couldn't do enough for you. probably the best area in the whole of tenerife.thanks see you again soon.

We arrived having booked a two bedroom apartment with a pool view to be offered an apartment overlooking the roundabout at the front. We were then told the only room available overlooking the pool was a one bedroom unit. We had no option but to accept it. The room had numerous cracked tiles including in the shower room and the bathroom lock broke so I was stuck in it. This room was very tired and in urgent need of redecoration. Referring our concerns to the management got no response although I was given some towels ? and the offer of a free dinner? Would not stay here again.

Terrible apartment. Out out of date. The bathroom is shocking 🤢shower curtain was filthy. Bathroom stunk after showers. Booked on loveholidays and no pictures the apartment we stayed in was on there. Asked for curtain to be changed. But did not change it. As only there for 5 days just got on with it. The hotel itself was not too bad apart from that. Pretty quiet hotel.

Amazing hotel great value for money right in the centre of las Americas Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a private balcony over looking bars and restaurants ( Malibu bar) tad noisy but great to it out Hotel is spotless, staff friendly and the apartment spacious and had everything you need . There a gym which is fine and clean, with sufficient equipment for a work out. Heated pool and pool activities

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel and have booked again for 2024. Nice spacious apartments, comfy beds, kitchen fully equipped and huge supermarket across the road. 15 min walk to beach. Some nice bars and restaurants near the hotel which are cheaper than on the coast. Nice pool and plenty of loungers. Staff are all very helpful. Looking forward to returning.
