Fantastic Resort, great size room excellent facilities and location near the beach and boardwalk. Nightly entertainment in the lobby bar and spectacular pools to relax by with chilled music by day. Highly recommend Hipotels and will hopefully return soon

The worst hotel experience ever. I booked the best suite available on Ctrip. My boyfriend and I checked in. I booked the hotel room, but the front desk asked for an extra payment of 352.38 euros for one more person, which would not be required if I checked in alone. At that time, the official website price for two people was exactly the same as that for one person. The hotel said that if there was one more person on the spot, one more person's fee would need to be paid. Couples were not allowed to do so. If you are bringing children, you must pay attention. The front desk said that if you forget to bring an extra child, you will have to overpay by more than 500 Euros! I'm speechless. The balcony of the suite I booked is almost as big as the bedroom. The hotel's hygiene is also very sloppy. I will not stay here again!
