"There is a different food theme every night, and the dinner is delicious every night! The breakfast is also rich. The hotel has bicycles for rent, which is very convenient to ride to the beach. There are five swimming pools in total, two upstairs, two in the yard, and one underground. But the island is so fun, so don't just soak in the hotel!"

"Excellent location, super-first-line sea view, impeccable location, normal service level, no active service but good attitude, overall is above the qualified line, normal hygiene but some places such as bathroom and bathtub hygiene, there is room for improvement, Facilities are basic but some lack of humane designs such as air ducts fixed in bathrooms and room equipment have little signs of aging but overall less impact on use."

"This hotel is a short distance from the airport and the city, but there are buses to get there is acceptable, the most important thing is that they provide brunch, you can eat leisurely without getting up early to eat. The last day of flight leaving Palma is afternoon, so you can eat lunch in the restaurant until 13: Leave the hotel at 30, which is not serviced by other homes, so it is highly recommended."

"This Spanish trip This hotel is definitely a highlight. It has brought me a lot of surprises. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The soundproofing effect is very good. The view of the sea view room is also very good. The most praiseworthy is the hotel's buffet. We have a buffet at the hotel in the morning and evening. A wide variety is different every day. The key is still delicious. The quality is very good."

The hotel pool is good, no one swims in the water because many older uncles, uncles, Li, vacation 😂
However, the pool towels can be borrowed first than cash deposit.

"Отель понравился, хорошая локация, правда временами шумновато от Пьяных немецких ребят. Завтраки, ужины хорошие, без излишеств, но все вкусно. Рядом пляж, полотенца дают на ресепшен. Уборку в номере могут пропустить не понятно по какой причине. Рядом остановка автобуса до Пальмы и с аэропорта. Вайфай хороший"

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, and the location is very good. The bus station leading to the city center is a dozen meters away. It is very convenient, and the sea is absolutely amazing as soon as you go out! It's really comfortable to walk around the hotel directly after eating.

GGuest UserOur expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

HHetshriOverall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

IIceyyOverall pretty good for our 3 days holiday, breakfast is quite a lot of varieties. There are two pools, both are quite small. First week of April is too cold to get into the pool. Bike rental services is €17 each, however, the nearby tour shop only €8 each per day.
Room is smaller than what we expected, can only fit in two twin beds.

PPui YingI recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

GGuest UserGreat hotel with a prime location. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooftop terrace with pool is a dream. The beach is just across the street. The room is spacious and equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, and safe.
I can't comment on the food, as I only booked the overnight stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

GGuest UserI booked the Hotel Pabisa Sofia for one night two days after it opened after the winter break. The 4-star hotel was renovated in 2024, which you can see in the foyer and the rooms through the new design and new bathrooms. It's a shame that they didn't take the opportunity and completely renovate it straight away. The tiled floor in my room 33 on the seventh floor was not renewed.
I had only booked an overnight stay in a single room, but was given a double room for single occupancy. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but very small. I would therefore not book the Sofia for a longer vacation, especially since there is little closet space and little storage space in the bathroom.
The location is OK. The hotel is in one of the back (3rd) rows of the beach. It is about 300 meters to the beach. It is about 5 kilometers to the airport.
I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I cannot give a rating. Due to the recent opening, the hotel was extremely cheap to book (for under 50 euros). It will be more expensive in the season. And then it will be loud in the eight-story hotel with more than 300 rooms because of the proximity to Ballermann and the bars there, with the party crowd. As in many Spanish hotels, the rooms are very thin due to the way they are built, the room doors are very, very thin and let in noise. The view is not that great. My room faces the back and overlooks the neighboring Riu Festival hotel.
In terms of staff, I only had to deal with reception staff, but they were all very friendly and accommodating.
