This is a residential building not a party place or a place to vacation. There are very strict rules and if you break a rule you will be fined. Zero noise rules enforced day and night, no music or loud talking allowed. You must respect the residents living there. Kids must not be running around screaming , no ball games and if you have a dog you will be fined if it barks! Be warned

Pros: clean and near 5th ave. Cons: very strict rules and rude staff. Unable to leave airbnb without being watched constantly. Unable to lounge or enjoy pool due to this. Do not dare to step foot outside walkway as this is only for looks.
