Everything went very good. Clean room, nice pool, service… one thing that bothered me was that the guy at taco place by the pool did not changed the gloves after touching raw chicken. I asked nicely to change his gloves but he didn’t change. I had to trash my tacos .😕

This property is amazing! I have stayed here 2 times now, it has been my favorite! The restaurant options for dinner are all pretty solid! The taco stand for lunch by the pool is also amazing! My only complaint about food would be the breakfast buffets, they aren’t amazing.
The pools, beach, and everything about the property is beautiful and well kept. The wildlife throughout the resort is also very cool to see!
Every single staff member I have interacted with have been amazing! This last trip, the bartenders Ray and Adrian were amazing. They always made sure I was taken care of and were amazing!
I will be coming back again! Perfect place for a quiet, laid back vacation!

The ala carte restaurants were amazing. The amount of pool space and close proximity to the beach was a family favorite. The only thing I'd have changed was the variety of food at the buffets. We stayed for 9 days and the food was the same at every meal every day

I like the food choices. I love the service from employees. I love the beautiful paths to walk. I liked the golf card to take you from place to place even though sometimes took a little long. I thought the prices at the store were astronomical. I loved the animals and how clean everything was. I loved the taco place at the pool.

The place was nice. It's two roughly parallel buildings running toward the beach so you can find your way around which is good because the wayfinding in the resort is relatively poor. Activities are posted for areas that don't connect to any maps or signage and aren't easy to find. For families, this place is a bit of a scam. The pictures make it appear as though there are a lot of kid activities, pools, play areas, ice cream, etc. Everything in this resort is for a fee including anything to do with a kid (their kid club is a daily and significant charge). Be prepared to be asked to shell out sometimes hundreds of US dollars for every little activity. It was offputting and we might suggest families try somewhere else unless the kids are only going to do the pool and the beach. We likely will unless it was a really great deal to come back. Buffet food was good (other than desserts which were tasteless) but got very repetitive, and every one of the four buffets serve the exact same spread so no point trying one versus the other. Restaurants need hooked days in advance and ranged from barely edible to inedible. In one, the food was almost raw. Sent back and came back even less cooked. We gave up and went to the buffet. The grounds are very nice and have a ton of wildlife including spider monkeys. My kids described it as being in a zoo which offset some of the lack of kid activities. Probably best suited for younger people without children looking to drink or bake in the sun.
