Great spot right in the middle of all of the action. Great place to stay. I will definitely go back.

Good price clean room. Noise untill the clubs close around 2 AM . Otherwise great .

I've never stayed in such a terrible place! The poor facilities were to be expected, but the window was right next to the door, facing the courtyard (which was beautiful, just like in the pictures). From this enclosed courtyard, you could hear every sound in the building. The window had glass, but the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. Several times I heard noises in the hallway and thought the window was open, only to find it was closed – but it was no different than if it were open! It wasn't quiet until 2 or 3 AM. Before, my next-door neighbor was like a gateway to another world; every now and then someone would knock on the door, say a code, open the door, go in, and then another person would knock and say a code… at least five people like that. 🫨 The Mexican supermarket was open 24 hours, and the Mexicans didn't sleep either, calling out to each other until after 2 AM – maybe after 2 AM, I hope it was after 2 AM – anyway, they finally quieted down, thankfully they still needed to sleep! In short, being attracted by the pictures and sleeping half a night in this place so close to the ADO station was the worst decision I ever made! By the way, the sheets were dirty and smelled of people. I hadn't showered, so I wasn't expecting anything. I just brushed my teeth and went to sleep. 🫠

The hotel is comfortable and close to the ADO bus station. It's good value for money. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows aren't. The bathroom is clean and the rooms are comfortable.

The only good thing is the location, the staff's attention is terrible, they could not make their payment due to poor communication with the agencies they work with since they did not have confirmation of the reservation and my Trip had already sent me the confirmation and once the charge was made, they asked me for a guarantee of a thousand pesos that they later did not want to return to me despite showing that the confirmation and payment had already been made, I had never had a problem with Trip. Apparently the problem was with the hotel with who knows what agency, meanwhile they gave me a bad time. I would not return and do not recommend it due to its lack of professionalism.

Um... first of all, it's noisy at night. There's no wifi in the room. The location is good.
