The service was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The resort itself was beautiful and very nice. The food wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t terrible either. Great drinks.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive

Staff was very nice, from the time you get there to the time you leave. Its quiet away from kids. It would be nice if the beach was cleaned more often as there was alot of sea****. The children friendly side had a nicer beach and cleaner also a section that blocked off waves sonthe swimming was nicer.

We had such a great time here, and plan on coming back! The food was great and the staff were very friendly. The evening entertainment was so much fun. They really go all out for their guests.

The room they gave us had mood. Musty smell. The sofa was rusty dirty and broken. Had to upgrade the room. The staff at the pool by the restaurants were not helpful. They pretended not to speak English whe u spoke to them. The umbrella was broken and when we asked if they can replace it they did not help us.

It had a lot of wildlife. But it made it fun looking at all the animals. I think housekeeping was used to the animals because they kept any animal droppings picked up quickly. Entertainment staff was good. Bubble party was great sports complex was fun but a walk from resort. Elisa was our bar tender in the pool bar. And the lunch on the beach staff was great at keeping animals away!!

Constantly had issues with cleanliness and service. Anytime we tried to speak to management they laughed at us and did nothing.
