The service and environment are very good, similar to a small rainforest. However, the hotel is smaller than the large resorts in Cancun and is more suitable for couples. The hot water broke down during the first 2 nights of the holiday, which should not happen in a hotel of this price range, and the hotel did not compensate for it. Food is also good
