Location is perfect ! Super Close to Ado transportation and Walmart . Also just 3 blocks away from 5th ave and the ocean ! The roof swimming pool is clean too . Also love the balcony of the room . Would recommend this hotel for my friends who like to be solo traveler and budget friendly !

Wonderful new facilities, close to Walmart and Fifth Avenue, just a few steps from the ADO station. The room and bathroom are very spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Nice place, modern and lovely staff. The pool area is a good place to chill, overall a great stay!

The apart-hotel is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, close to Walmart, MEGA, OXXO, and other shopping options. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. We weren't keen on the beach itself due to the seaweed and lack of natural shade from trees. The hotel itself is modernly furnished, and everything is functional. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, cutlery, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove, and more, making it easy to cook your own meals. Great stay in a central location Great location for shopping and transport (both buses and colectivos). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is right in the heart of a beautiful city. The receptionist was excellent. The room was clean, and the balcony was a nice touch. The kitchenette was well-equipped for basic cooking. Both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.

A really nice location - walking distance to the grocery and Quinta Avenida. Staff was friendly and the amenities were spot on.

I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It was right next to a huge Walmart, convenience stores and a short walk away from the main shopping street. I had a lovely time there and highly recommend staying there. I felt safe a solo female traveller. However, the rooftop pool area has seen better days...redecorating, playing some soft music and new pool furniture will do wonders!

Good location and comfy room, cozy bed and good astmosphere. Near 5th avenue. Can walk to everywhere. Big bed also big room have kitchen and equiment for cooking. Many space inside room.

Just for a night, my love and I enjoyed a comfortable and romantic stay. ❤️ I highly recommend this place for long stays, as the room type offers a full kitchen. The bathroom was also very clean, featuring a spacious closet, a lovely balcony, and an overall spotless environment. ✨

The place is convenient if you're going to Playa del Carmen for a short time, the location is perfect, close to everything and at the same time far from the noise, the Walmart next to the hotel it was a plus, it is close to the ADO but you need to check first, if you go to ADO turista it will be far away, like 15 minutes walking and if you go to the other ADO terminal if will be just a few minutes.

Everything is old and outdated from the pictures, especially the pool area. Loose tiles, rust and dust everywhere, unfinished gym. But that's all manageable I think. We had our room made up twice and they stole my stuff. They steal some things they think you won't notice (especially if you're a woman it seems as nothing of my partner's was missing), small things like scrunchies, but then don't even bother to hide it by putting your stuff back properly. I can't tell if they want you to realise or just don't care, since one of the things they took was the top from a brand new matching set I had with me... Probably the most disgusting thing of all was that they tried on a bunch of my lipsticks and left them twisted all the way to the top... Who knows what else they did or took that I didn't notice. This was a really expensive one time trip for me, and that matching set was a gift from my sister I hadn't even worn yet, so i'm really just so upset about this. I tried contacting the hotel to get my things back but they're just ignoring it.

Great place: - super close to ADO station - all shops and supermarkets around - big apartment - comfy mattress and pillows - swimming pool towels - great staff - cleaned - good internet and water pressure

Everything was ok except the tv channels in my room were kind of a nightmare to navigate (had to use it for work one day).
