If I could give 0 I would.
We left after one night. Was up-charged before we entered our room. Food and drinks at hotel was horrible. Pool was filthy. Beach was full of sea****. After payer more than $3.5k I was refunded $647.
I will unsubscribe- never use this service again- and hope to stop receiving emails from TRIP. By the way ……keep your coins

Loved the overall property. The jungle area between Quetzal and Tucan was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food options were good for the most part…found my favorite things after a few days that I migrated towards. Wasn’t really a fan of the Italian restaurant. The smokehouse was really good, and I am coming from Texas! My kids loved the beach, pool, and the entertainment. I would come back to this resort again.

This was our second stay at this resort. I love all the wild animals roaming the grounds especially the monkeys. The food was really good and we didn't get sick at all from it. The only thing i would change or improve would be the night time shows. Other resorts have more variety of shows like Michael Jackson, etc. The property is huge so be prepared to walk alot. In my case it was good burning off all those calories from the delicious food!

False advertisement on the rooms. ******* offered free upgrade if available. Showed up it and it was available but… for $100 extra a night. Older rooms are bright yellow orange concrete and musty with flickering lights and dusty ceiling fan. Can’t open the sliders as other guests are feeding the monkeys which caused multiple to be on our balcony. No beach chairs even tho it says no reserving. Beach was full of glass and plastic and trash. They don’t have beach servers so you have to wait in line for mediocre drinks. Purchased a bucket of beer 300 pesos for convenience. Never got a mini bar filled up because they ran out of the beer.. it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Tv had an annoying message trying to connect to the phone or something.. never went away. Only two outlets in the room for charging IF you unplug lamps.. they also sounded like they were going to blow up. Bugs in the room. Also no room service. Did i mention they ran out of alcohol and didn’t offer anything else but want us to pay for the premium alcohol they have at the bar. Spent most of the time at 5th street anyway spending our money there cause why would i sit somewhere i spent $$ for all inclusive and still have to pay for things at? Very disappointing and i don’t recommend this place to anyone honestly. All inclusive IF you want to pay more than you already have… Property was beautiful though.
