What an amazing stay at Sol Babican. Accommodation in a bungalow was 5* and all the staff could not do enough for you. Stayed B&B, and the breakfast was outstanding. Couldn't ask for more! To note, the main pool is heated, unlike the adults only one!

Just got back from 10 days at Solbarbacan ,what a super place. Clean spacious apartment, good facilities and good maid service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with any small issues. We loved the aqua aerobics with Roberto ,he was fun and friendly. We were b&b but decided to eat in the restaurant El Portolon one night and had an amazing meal .The location is very central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we would return again.

We got a lovely friendly welcome from all the reception staff. They are all very informative & nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment, third floor. These apartments have a large balcony, 2 sun beds, 4 chairs & round table. We were lucky as weather was fantastic early Dec 26° to 30° . The apartment was large, good wardrobe space & 2 comfy single beds with flat screen TV on wall. Lovely bathroom, the shower pressure is brilliant with plenty of hot water. Lounge/ kitchen is big with 2 comfy sofas, large flat screen TV, table & 4 chairs with good equipment in kitchen. We've booked again for late January 2025 a 1 bedroomed bungalow.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Bungalow was beautiful as was the entire complex. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Food was delicious, Fantastic amenities. The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. Our maid Diana was lovely too. She was so efficient and left the apartment spotless every morning. Sol Barbican deserves 5 ☆ because the place is emaculate. And the staff go out of their way to help and make your staff enjoyable.

We stayed for 7 nights B&B & had a great family holiday. Room 567 overlooked the pool and restaurant. Very spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had a walk in shower & twin sinks. Air conditioning in both the living area and bedrooms. Fantastic family friendly resort, lovely breakfast with plenty of choice even for fussy eaters! Especially loved the Omlettes!! plenty of sun beds, pool towels provided at no extra cost. 3 pools to choose from, mini golf, pool & table tennis available along with other activities too. Mini club for smaller children. Staff always helpful & happy to see you. Rooms cleaned daily. It is about a 15-20 min walk to the beach. Maspalomas dunes are worth a visit! Plenty of restaurants to choose from in & around the area. All in all we had a great time & made some lovely memories….thank you Sol Barbacan 😀

Really lovely hotel. Excellent staff, who laid on lots of fun activities. Big shout out to Max and Allan, who were great on the entertainment! Rooms were clean and spacious, food was good and the location was convenient. Look forward to visiting again!

The hotel is lovely and clean. Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, our maid Pino was so lovely she even came to say goodbye on our last day. Both pools so nice and warm. No issues with sunbeds always plenty. Excellent food at pool bar at rectangular pool. Fab location, really near Yumbo.

Top quality hotel. We had a superb apartment but the are also lovely bungalows each with a sun terrace on the roof. The apartment had a huge balcony rung te length of the apartment and well designed interior with good equipment for cooking meals. Set in beautifully manicured gardens there are three great pools one of which is small with a whirlpool and Adults only. There are two bar pools and a god restaurant ad ba with live music and acts on each night at 9.00. Well situated for access to Yumbo Centre, local buses to Purto Rico and Palmitos Park and the beaches and promenades are great for morning runs and evening strolls. The staff are amazing. Aways smiling always helpful and good humoured. Probably one of the best hotel we have stayed at.
