Margaritaville Beach Resort Playa Flamingo

Great location on the beach and with a great pool! The hotel is updated and modern, has a gift shop & restaurants on site, and is walking distance to a number of great restaurants, stores, and the marina. The AC works great! We thought it was a great value!

Excellent stay! Would definitely stay here again. We stayed 3 different places while on Costa Rica and this was the best by far!

We enjoyed our stay, visited with 3 of our kids, rooms were clean, property super close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville Costa Rica in Flamingo Beach. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is cozy and relaxing. While the property is not the most updated, it is very clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to enjoy. We especially loved the family-friendly atmosphere—our children had a fantastic time, and the activities for kids were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Really enjoyed our stay with my wife and two daughters.

Family friendly places! Great pool and beach access. The whole staff was so friendly. We also did the snorkeling tour through the resort and had a wonderful time. Close walk to other restaurants and some shopping areas.

Really boring resort. American brand so majority of the food was American and the entertainment was American or at least that's the excuse we got when we asked why they didn't have more local food and local live music. One medium sized pool. Everyone there was either over 60 or under 15 and the few ppl in between those ages were bored on the resort too. Local food that was available was either dry or under seasoned. They don't always have buffet either so if reservations are low you have to order from menus because they won't do the buffets. Bars close at 11ish which is new for me on an all inclusive resort oh and everything isn't available for the all inclusive drinks and food either. Smallest resort I've stayed on. Clean, friendly staff but BORING

Great place to relax and enjoy some local food with lots of opportunities to do excursions if you're up for a little action and site seeing. The staff at Margaritaville are kind and fun. The resort is well kept and has great amenities there's also a reasonable amount of activities for kids and adults. There's a local evening market on Monday's with a variety of goods to purchase and close and safe to walk to. Overall a lovely place to stay and visit.

Staff were amazing. We had an issue with an excursion and they helped us with it. The resort was clean. The resort is on the smaller side. Pool was big enough but there was not enough loungers for the people there. Also, the food was just average, nothing spectacular. It was a good trip.
