The people are friendly. It’s right on the ocean. It’s in need of some better upkeep. Many floor tiles broken, Mop buckets in plain view of guests.WiFi is very bad. Not much hot water. Heater in the room wasn’t working. Many things are antiquated. Even with that said, it’s a charming place and I would go back.

We have been going to Las Rocas for 30 years and this was a major improvement. Dining has improved with quality and portions. Very clean and upkeep seems better. Great new Tap Room. Only thing is that the awesome jacuzzi was broken. Overall improved vibes and we hi ad a great time.

Shower head didn’t work but it was a great experience overall. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious. Amazing Oceanside view and good vibes.

We loved the location and the attention from all personnel. Memo our server was outstanding.
The room needs some maintenance. We sink faucet was loose, a few spiderwebs and probably need to get new bed sheets. The ones we has were old and faded in color.

It was decent to say the least. Room was okay. Showers would sometimes have no hot water, so you would have to take a quick shower. Beds were rough to sleep in, kind of hard mattress. No AC unit. The heater was a portable heater that you would roll out the closet. The door knob was loose, no one fixed it. We got a free breakfast in the morning. If you don’t care about hotels and just want to chill anyplace, this is the place for you. It definitely needs an updated.
