Nice hotel. Check in has a little bit of hiccup but counter staff was apologetic and gave us complimentary breakfast. Gym and pool is good, breakfast choice was quite sumptuous. Will stay there again!

Overall it was a amazing experience staying in this hotel. The bathroom was big and I like the bathing soaps they provided. However, the rain shower was not working, breakfast was expensive in my opinion and the location is not really good, as there were no shopping malls nearby

Not as good as last time visit, the location is good, very close to the Sunday night market and many good stuffs there, however, the room smells damp this time…

Renaissance is our preferred hotel due to cleanliness, location and service standards. Staff are very dedicated. The executive lounge is good and comfortable, and buffet breakfast at level 1 offers a wide variety of choices. This time, we were delighted to be allocated the corner king (first time for us). It is a very bright, spacious and clean room. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we look forward to the next visit.

A night stay to celebrate hubby birthday.
Service was excellent.
Requested a high floor room, and they gave me the highest possible room available for the room type i booked.
Room was very clean.
Found a great korean bbq restaurant and massage centre just beside the hotel. 3min walk!
Went for massage, bbq and drinks. No need to drive back. Just walk back.
Going back again in Dec. With kids!

Informed the hotel we were celebrating our anniversary, hotel put up a nice decoration and offered a complementary slice of cake. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were decorated. Hotel breakfast was good.
