As shown in the photos, the cleaner didn't clean up the dirt /rubbish underneath the bed. It is a covert area until u moved the bed and discovered it. Please conduct a supervisory spot check on your cleaners to ensure they do their job properly.

Small hotel located near a bunch of food, basic needs and hobby stores no less. Aircon was cold, water heater worked while shampoo, shower cap and dental kits provided. Hotel looks pretty old in some corner and the room floor looked a little dirty but was not sticky. Good if ur just looking for a place to crash but don't expect luxury. Overall a comfy and quiet place to stay

Best and Value for money! Near to the city but difficult to find out car parking. Room not too spacious but complete with all of amenities. Kettle,linen and hair dryer provided. 😊 Will come again!

Just another stay at this hotel. It’s all for the convenience. But this time the price went up a little. Not sure how the hotel differentiates the different room types and pricing? Well…. I probably will stay here again

Great bed. Quiet place. Location is excellent. But overall cleanliness of the hotel is not good. In my opinion they could do better.

The hotel and room are clean. Room however is a bit small. I took a single king-size bed with window. Hotel is centrally located, and there is no shortage of food and massage outlets. One just need a bit of short walking to these places. Getting a Grab to the nearby KSL Shopping Mall is roughly RM5, and a 15-min drive.

room corners are dirty. but overall experience is good. bed and bedsheet are clean. however this a stained covered extra pillow in the closet with no pillow cover. wonder who dares to use.

Decent stay. Room was clean but basic, and a bit noisy at night. Staff were polite but not very attentive. Great location, but overall nothing special. Okay for a short trip, but I’d look for better if staying longer. Nearby got a lot of nice food.

Regular to this hotel. However was always assigned with a smaller room recently. It was a single room convert to queen room. Very little to walk ard. Very disappointed with their service. Cleanliness is getting more n more worse. Not coming back again.

my guest enjoyed their trip stay there every floor could be accessed by lift the lift is big enough for wheelchair also

Room was ok, but my husband develop rashes all over his body, not sure the bedsheets or the aircon air was the issues to it...I won't come again thou..
