Hotel room is clean but quite old. The sheets are clean but the pillowcase looks greyish because it’s worn out. The bed for the queen size one is so hard and uncomfortable that you can feel the hard spring inside the bed. Room is quite spacious and you can even dance there. There is a table and chair that you can sit and do your work. The toilet has hot water and toiletries. The toilet door is wooden and old but has a row of hooks on it, however your clothes will get wet cos the shower is there. Bottled water is provided on the table. There is hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. The hotel is highly secured because you need the card to go to any level, even when you want to go to the ground floor you need to tap your hotel room card.

1. The plaster ceiling is moldy.
2. The pillow smells bad and looks old.
3. A used shower cap from the previous customer is hanging on the wall.
4. The bath towel looks dirty and worn out.

The room was smelly, from the pillow, bedsheet, the towel and even the AC. We have to ask housekeeping to change the pillow case because they never change the pillow case at all. The pillow case got a disgusting sweaty smell. To be honest, the room is so different from the website picture.

Changed room 2 times (1st floor are horrible) caused e bed are dirty and tv is not working. And final room stayed at 3rd floor but alot of flies flying around the room. Very annoying and uncomfortable. not my first time staying here but it’s the worst experience

The room is small but equipped with basic amenities. However, the water heater pressure is difficult to adjust.
