The perfect host!!! Yann was so welcoming…..smily, happy and super helpful! Thank you Yann, you have kick started our holiday off perfectly!! Love the hotel, great location and super comfortable bed with squishy pillows. Great sized room too.

Needed a room and the owner was so helpful. It is simple and the rooms are clean. the breakfast is composed of home-made products, regional Breton and 100% French, salted and sweet. The comfort rooms are located on the courtyard side. They are 18 m² with a toilet separated from the shower, a private veranda or a private balcony. There is a large TV screen, international channels + canal+, BeIn Sports, Eurosport. I would happily stay there again.

Meilleur rapport qualité/prix de toute la région. N'hésitez pas ! Cet endroit mérite bien mieux que 2 étoiles. Outre la chambre spacieuse, la terrasse et les aménagements intérieurs sont confortables et accueillants. Et que dire du petit dej ... varié et plantureux !

Charmant hôtel très calme, bien situé entre Lannion et Perros Guirec. Le maître des lieux est d'une extrême gentillesse et très flexible. Tout est impeccable, aux chambres spacieuses et fonctionnelles. En déplacement professionnel, il se sont adaptés à mes horaires avec beaucoup de bienveillance

Petit hôtel bien situé en périphérie de Lannion. Proche de Perros Guirec. Accueil agréable. La chambre est un peu petite, la salle de bain vieillissante et il manque la clim. Dommage. Ok pour une ou deux nuit, de passage sur la Côte de granit rose.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé entre Lannion et Perros-Guirec. Yann le directeur fait vraiment le maximum pour que tout se passe bien. Les chambres sont agréables et très propres . l'environnement est très fleuri. Ne pas hesiter à réserver.
