Lovely hotel with excellent views of Golf Course. Will definitely come back again. However, staff at Birdy Bar must learn what a Gin and Tonic means. Not offering yesterday's tonic for today's drink! However this would not stop me from returning!

Lovely location overlooking the Lac au Duc and the hydrangea walk with its artwork installations. It’s an ideal spot for the children with beach and a variety of water activities a five minute drive away. We, two grandparents, two parents, a toddler aged 2 and a 10 week old baby, had booked a “cottage”/“chalet” as it was air conditioned and the forecast was for 42C. Unfortunately the air conditioning only worked downstairs leaving the upstairs an absolute furnace.We approached reception and after a protracted but amiable discussion we were, free of charge, offered a second cottage. This was a decent gesture and prevented what might have been a night of considerable concern. We feel that this was the best act of service we have ever experienced and we congratulate and thank the staff involved in this decision.

We had a great stay during our last vacation, we were very well received by the manager, who recommended walks in the area. The restaurant is very good and the setting very pleasant. I recommend for couples or family stays

Since the change of ownership the hotel has changed a lot. The little touches when we arrived at the room no longer exist, the shower head no longer has its place and no longer holds, one of the two heating elements, in the bathroom and toasted, mattress a little comfortable . Hard to digest for a night at €200! On the other hand, the restaurant has also declined significantly. In the days of the previous owners, every bite was fireworks in the mouth. This time, it was very bland. At the time of the previous owners, there were at least 10 linear meters of breakfast. Today these 10 meters have been reduced to 5 with much less choice. We spent more time looking for cutlery and worms and napkins than eating breakfast. Only one charging station available for a 4-star hotel and make no mistake, it's not fast charging. I had to leave the car charging overnight. If another customer had needed to charge their car, I don't know how we would have done it. In short, very disappointing experience. We used to come at least once a year and I don't think we will come anymore.

Everything was perfect, when we arrived we were surprised to learn that we were upgraded. We appreciate our Room with a view of the lake and golf course. We enjoy the heat at the spa: jacuzzi swimming pool then hammam. The breakfast is very generous and of good quality: sweet and savory. Excellent memory we will come back

We spent a pleasant night in this hotel well located between golf course and lake, ample parking. Upon arrival, the welcome is excellent, the staff are attentive and very friendly. The room with a view of the golf course is spacious, bedding at the top, the only downside is that the wardrobe door doesn't work, it's impossible to open it, good for one night, it's fine!! and the bathroom lighting is really just right. We loved the brunch the next day!!
