The bed was comfortable. But there was hardly any pressure in the shower which was not very good. The bar was very well staffed. I had to go find someone to come and serve us. The reception staff was very nice. And it was easy to park The restaurant staff were not very good. Again I had to go fi d someone to bookus in and then we had to go find someone to take our order. The food wasn't brilliant. The bacon was brick hard and the beans were cold

The new rooms were very good and looked stylish. Woman on check-in had pre registered the keys and we were in the room less than 2 minutes at reception. Staff were pleasant but what let the experience down was the undermanned restaurant where food delivery was slow and all overcooked.

When we arrived ww were greeted by 2 really lovely ladies, Trisha and another we called her "The schoolgirl" she looked so young, they were so welcoming, to us, we had a laugh and felt at home. The room was amazing, had just been modernised by the looks of it and it was immaculate, cannot fault it. We eat in the Beefeater and that was also good. Very happy with it all.

Great after refurb. Really smart room. Location 10 mins from Life Centre. Food next door at Marsh Mill is good - breakfast good standard and choice, dinner was very good - all the staff really nice and helpful. Josh, Lauren and Georgia all very kind, polite and professional thank you

Overall it was a really good stay, room and cleanliness were 10/10. Espresso machine in the room and good air con. Staff were welcoming and very helpful with what to do in the area. Parking is good too. However, the stairs are very slippery so be careful.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, had a premier plus room it was perfect except for very low water pressure in the shower, no need for a bath towel you hardly got wet !. Had evening meal and breakfast there , all good except maybe service a little slow for evening meals seemed to be short staffed , it’s in a handy position to travel Cornwall or Exeter as A38 is very close

This hotel was very nice, everywhere was so clean, and the room was one of the nicest premier inn rooms we have ever stayed in! My granddaughters were looking for hot chocolate as the hotel didn’t have any your wonderful receptionist Kirsty didn’t want to see them go without so she gave them both bag of chocolate each. This is the best customer service we have experienced in a hotel chain like this. It’s made us want to use this hotel everytime we visit Plymouth.

We recently stayed with a toddler and baby. The hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment and we originally got an email warning us of limited parking. There was plenty of parking at all times of the day. The refurbishment did not disturb us and the only way it did was us being upstairs as a family with a baby. But once in the room this didn’t bother us. The new rooms are amazing and look very posh. The room and corridors were really clean. Check in was quick and Kirsty welcomed us and made us feel at ease when our son kept shouting over her. She laughed and pointed out the books to him which kept him quiet while she finished explaining everything we needed to know. We will most definitely be choosing this hotel again next time we stay in Plymouth.
