Lovely location and spacious rooms. The staff are very polite and helpful. Will recommend this place for a family especially. Gym, laundry, nice restaurants and just a walk from McDonald's, Burger king, Aldi, and Starbucks. You're sure of premium varieties.

Nice big comfortable room but marks on the carpet in are room which stood out  Lovely bathroom and bathroom

Excellent pleasant staff lower marks in certain areas due to guest bar closing early due to function taking priority and due to only staying one night was deeply disappointing 😒

Located not too far from the city centre, a lovely hotel with spacious rooms, adequate parking and excellent customer service. The in-house restaurant is excellent with good food options and reasonable price.

Disappointed no fridge in room But overall cleanliness was good Nice bathrobe Toilet smelt of stale urine Beds were hard as were pillows didn't have a restful sleep for 2 nights Food in reaastuarant 3 courses was plenty and good value for money Over all pleasant place to stay why I awaited my husband to return from his surgery The range shop was a good distraction as was KFC Ms round the corner and Aldi Also majestic wines Would stay again though

Very clean, friendly and very good breakfast, I will be back again and recommend it to others.

A good hotel outside of the main city, close to Dartmoor and the hospital. Lots of local shops and a few fast food restaurants nearby if you need something. Overall a good stay, and will use again in the future.

Okay wouldn’t stay again

Relaxed stay in central location to the north of Plymouth city centre. Hotel is modern, rooms a good size, serviced daily - a rarity nowadays. Restaurant is uninspiring and, frankly, does not cope with expected customer visits in spite of pre-payment. An improvement over last November, but needs some better organisation. The beers at the bar are a poor selection and unpleasant.
