The hotel was near everything so great the car park was full understandable as student town loved town. Was not very clean for a disabled room as you can see in photos this can be changed with some cleaning. Extreme loud noise from outside from a vent so unable to sleep .

Great location. Helpful and welcoming staff. Large spacious rooms. The executive floor rooms have fab views for The Hoe, lighthouse and sea views. Breakfast was tasty and loads of it. Def recommend and will stay again!

I was attending a conference at the University of Plymouth and the Crowne Plaza was a great choice. The breakfast was fantastic (photo is the view from the restaurant), the lobby bar is great too and there is also a Tesco Express at the end of the block. The pool and gym were clean and well stoked, too. Would recommend.

I found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the bar and restaurant staff. In particular Cloe was very efficient and helpful behind the bar. She explained really well how to find the various attractions that we wanted to see. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff in the restaurant were also extremely efficient and friendly both at breakfast and especially during the evening meal. Unfortunately I did not think to take their names at the time.
The only negative was the meal itself. Everything was good except for my steak. It was cooked just as I liked it, however it was tough and gristly. I did not complain at the time because as I said, everything else was really good, and I was not going to put a damper on the evening.

I recently stayed at here and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
