It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I do not recommend staying here. They even ruined my friend's birthday.
At first, we came to check in, and everything was fine. We paid €300 for two nights.
After about five minutes, we realized that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was technically running, but even though it was set to 17°C, the room temperature was still around 30°C.
I called the reception to report the problem.
Then they sent a housekeeper. She didn't speak English and tried to convince us through a translation app that the air conditioning was working and everything was fine. Ha-ha.
I went baсk to the reception and explained that we had to leave. They told us they would solve the problem by the time we came back.
When we returned, nothing had changed.
After a lot of pointless conversations, they finally offered us another room. However, the air conditioning there was just as bad, and the room was still extremely hot.
At that point, I asked for a refund, but they told me they couldn't return the money because we had already "used" two rooms for one night. What?! We had spent only about two hours in the hotel. The rest of the time we were in the city while they failed to solve our problem.
They were also very rude and kept telling me to "keep calm" while I was simply trying to explain what was wrong.
On top of that, they changed our room category. We had booked a triple room, but they moved us to a double room instead.
The bathroom sink drain was broken, and the shower head was literally propped up with toilet paper.
Is this really a Ramada hotel, or just a hostel?
This experience was completely inconsistent with the standards I expect from a Wyndham property. I chose Ramada because of the Wyndham brand, but the quality of the room, the customer service, and the way this situation was handled fell far below those standards.
