This is a hotel that oversells and underdelivers, in a beutifull area and with great design.
However with really noisy roams, gives you a twin room when you book a double and a spa way too small for the ammount of rooms.
Do not recomend.

Unfortunately, there were no German translations for menus or other information!
Some of the exercise equipment was broken and not fully usable.
Otherwise, we really enjoyed everything!

Upon arrival at the resort, they accommodated us immediately. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the terrace. The staff behaved at a professional level. We had half board. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet style. The food was excellent. The fitness was smaller but had enough equipment for basic exercise. The wellness was excellent. One pool and two hot tubs were both outside and inside. The outdoor pool was heated. There are two saunas inside and one sauna outside. There were beautiful views of the mountains from the sauna. We would love to go back there again.

Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night.

@lakehill_karkonosze an absolute disaster! Last year, we were satisfied, so we decided to book again this year, and that was a big mistake! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that due to the hotel's fault, there had been an overbooking, and they didn't have the room for us that we had reserved almost two months ago. The receptionist offered us accommodation in apartments across a busy main road, which is not an option with a child. The apartments don't even match the level of the room we had booked. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted. I should note that this is not a cheap hotel. The price for the room for 3 nights is over 20,000 CZK. Please avoid this hotel! You might be very unpleasantly surprised!

Where should I start?!
We had a 4 night stay and requested a quiet room which we didnt get at all.
We woke up EVERY morning between 07-08am because you literally can hear every step or moving furniture around your room. If that wasnt enough, the cleaning stuff cleans the rooms from 08:00 in the morning and was extremely loud doing that, so THEY decide how long you sleep during your stay, simply astonishing for a hotel where guests want to relax.
Service in this hotel is just terrible. Sitting in the pool area almost NO service with drinks, if you make the bad decision to have dinner in hotel almost NO service because the staff are way too less people.
After the first evening we decided to have dinner somewhere outside of the hotel because the buffet for 130 (~33 €) isnt worth half the prize. From 10 „boxes“ with food only 3 where filled with food, the rest was empty. We asked the staff if theres some more to come, but after 15 minutes of waiting we canceled the buffet and had dinner somewhere else.
You dont feel welcomed as 80% of staff dont speak any english, nobody has a smile on their face and you always feel like you annoy them when you have a certain request.
Try to avoid the cocktails, Aperol and Espresso Martini were good though.
The views of the hotel and the lake next to it have been great but it wasnt worth the prize at all, unfortunatelly.
