Very helpful and courteous staff, special mention to Rambhajan for helping out with car trouble. While booking the website hadn’t mentioned that this was a 100% pure veg property with only one restaurant and limited options or that personal alcohol couldn’t be carried into the premises. Please ensure that the website is updated to inform your guests of the same so that they are well informed before booking such a premium stay.

Our family went for a 2 day stay at Radisson Hatgad, and to say we had an amazing experience will not be an exaggeration. Awesome food, beautiful property, well maintained and clean rooms and top notch hospitality sums up the entire experience. Highly recommend the property for anyone wanting a weekend getaway with family, friends or even as couples.

Service not up to mark. Checkin delayed by 2 hours on a busy saturday, reception looked like a fish market with hordes of people waiting for 2-3 hours for checkin , screaming & shouting. Staff missing at swimming pools, no towels, overcrowded restauarnt and pool. Bathroom not so clean, toiletries very ordinary. Property is not huge though its quite nice with goods gaming area for kids and some rooms on 1st floor atleast have sofa come bed where children can easily sleep. Bjg balcanoes on 1st floor for groups too hang out

atmosphere is very nice and rooms are very clean and cozy. food is also tasty made by chef sanjay and the service is also very good by mr ravi and mr atish. mountain view with good aesthetic and ambience. the staff here is very friendly and this place is recommended

An excellent service provided by chef sanjay Somnath and Ravi and all over all the staff was the charm of the hotel. not forgetting about the tasty food served with a smile by them. The room service and the ambience was the cherry on top of the cake. We see ourselves here next trip.

Superb experience ! A complete leisure trip. Thanks to Management for wonderful hospitality. Ananya gave us best tour experience of property. Rahul served us best food . Chef’s karak chai was extraordinary! Must try. Right from check-in to check-out overall experience was soothing. It feels to come here again and again. Hemant was guiding well wherever we needed any assistance. Thank You Radison Hathgadh for this great service. Kudos to Indian hospitality standards.

Radisson resort is an amazing one in Saputara. Best room, best food & best service. We would really like to appreciate Somnath & Joydip from the restaurant staff team who provided us with a very good hospitality. They were courteous towards us throughout our stay. Highly recommend resort for family & We would like to visit again soon!! :)

I just visited Radisson Resort Hatgad Saputara with my family and I was mesmerised to see their luxurious accomodations. The hotel environment is pleasant,safe and secure. Location of resort is also nearby all attraction places and nice view of mountain vallies.
