The staff is friendly. They were considerate when I asked for a non-smoking room. It has everything you need. The facilities are clean and well-cleaned. I plan to use it again next time.

The staff is really friendly, but the cleanliness of the hotel is a problem. The pillows smell a lot, and it seems like it hasn't been cleaned at all.
The drain doesn't drain well when I take a shower.
I didn't check the check-in time when I made the reservation, but when I checked, it was 6 PM.
