"The apartments are located near the industrial part of the city, to the center you can get by taxi for 1000 francs. Our studio was on the 3rd floor with a balcony coming out into the yard so the noise from the street was almost unheard. Inside is very clean and comfortable, a large two-bedroom bed with a comfortable mattress. There is a closet for clothes, a desk with a roast, a teapot and a microwave. Clean toilet with hot shower. In the same building there is a small Muslim supermarket without beer and bakery. In the nearby building of the pharmacy."

"although i was staying here with work i have stayed in this hotel on 5 occasions now. if you dont speak french you will find it very difficult to make yourself understood with reception staff. on my last stay 16-05-16 when i checked in i was informed that it was room only which i knew was incorrect but after trying to get this through to the staff they started to ignore me there was no facility to pay with a card as there machine was broken !!! which ment only by fortune i had euros to convert into Congolese francs. i would say the hotel itself is good, food is good and rooms are cleaned to a good standard pool area is very good the major issue for me and any other none speaking french person is the language barrier and the attitude of some of the staff just to add the wifi is free but does not work with whatsapp/facebook etc"
