High ceilings, and wide sliding glass doors to the lanai contribute to an open, airy feel. The Lonely Planet Guide states that 'top floor condos are best at the Kiahuna'. This condo is a one bedroom (king) plus pull-out sofa bed in the living room, maximum of 4 guests. Complete and newly remodeled kitchen, tile entry. Full bath, remodeled tile shower, with separate vanity area. Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to the top floor ( no elevators) …..but the top floor has the views! Right across the road, you will find the Athletic Club , tennis complex and swimming pool, --a three minute walk. Not all condo owners are members of this facility, but we are, so we can offer these amenities to our guests. Also on the grounds -- the well-regarded Plantation Gardens restaurant. And the highly professional, gracious management company, right on site, will issue your keys and answer all questions, helping to make your stay a joy.They are avaiable for you 24/7.
