What a lovely hotel. Set a walking distance from the Phewa Tal, the restaurants and shops it is ideally situated. The hotel offers commanding views of Fishtail Mountain and the Annapurna range. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and the beds are huge. The grounds of the hotel are just lovely, such a variety of plants growing. The hotel has a swimming pool but it was undergoing repairs during our visit. The food was very good and the attending staff happy and attentive. All the reception staff speak very good English (I’m not sure about any other languages) and I found that nothing was too much trouble for them. Assistance always given with the famous Nepali peoples smile. Loved the hotel and would stay there again.

All the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, there are two Chinese speakers, the location is good, you can walk to Lake Fava to row boat or walk on the lakeside commercial street, there is also a very hot net red restaurant fresh elaments near the hotel, taste good to try. The hotel is fully equipped, cleaned very clean, there is a terrace on each floor, you can see the paragliding every day on the opposite mountain top, and you can also see a little snowy mountain. The double room we booked was great, the hot water and air conditioning were very good, but the single room facilities were relatively old, the air conditioning was not hot, Hot water is not good. Breakfast is not bad, the coffee provided is very good, you can choose a lot of types, the staff will actively and enthusiastically take care of and ask, but a little bit does not feel very good, it will be recommended to play items at breakfast, it is recommended that breakfast time is not better to disturb the guests.

Pokhara a great place for a short stay, think about the Helicopter trip to Annapurna and do the sunrise early morning view of the mountains. Food was great and people happy to serve. The lake was a good place for reflection, rated the Grande hotel very well comfortable quiet and good service.

Our group arrived with several members needing special attention due to visual impairments. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and cool juice after our long day on the Nepali roads. The rooms are spacious and come with everything a weary traveler could desire; numerous power outlets that adapt to plugs from virtually anywhere, free WiFi, plenty of warm water, air conditioning/heat that works quite well, and a clean, comfortable bed. As with many hotels, the power switches off when one leaves the room, so charging devices is only possible while one is physically in residence. The restaurant provides a wonderful morning breakfast buffet and the bar has a Happy Hour. Food in the restaurant is very good. The pool is crisp and clean and there is a spa and members of our group complimented their treatments.

It was a real hidden treasure. My husband and I stayed at the Aurari Hotel in the Himalayas for two weeks. We slept well every night, getting up every morning and looking out the window at the ultimate view of the elegant green garden, a little cloudy, and of course the stunning mountain view. You can do yoga and meditate on the garden or the greenery of the observation deck. The quality of the food is very high, it is one of the best food service we have ever seen, they can always cook as we ask (because we don't like onions and garlic, don't eat meat), the food is fresh and organic, the staff is polite, and in one word it's warm. And the hostess was very kind and knowledgeable, and it was quite pleasant to have tea with her. A small tip, there is also a good hiking path near the hotel, it takes 2 to 4 hours to go back and forth, ask the lovely staff to know, don't miss it. Thank you, we will definitely come here again!
