I had a very disappointing experience with the management at Hotel Pokhara Village. The service and professionalism from the hotel management were extremely poor. Mr. Laxman Khadka, the General Manager, was not helpful at all when I tried to follow up about a personal item I left behind at the hotel. I left my coat there, and despite asking about it, I have still not received a clear answer. Mr. Laxman Khadka — where is my coat? A good hotel manager should take responsibility and help to solve problems, especially when personal belongings are involved. Unfortunately, the response and attitude from management were very disappointing. I expected much better service and accountability from a hotel’s General Manager. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the hotel’s management.

Hotel is best and the service from the staff is very nice. At the reception we meet with Mr Jeev lal sapkota , he is very kind and helping to us, care about our room and our belongings. I love to visit again and stay here.
