A fantastic hotel with beautiful scenery, and the suites were clean and the service was top-notch. Our group of seven girlfriends had a wonderful vacation.

The location is terrible, in the middle of nowhere. Shuttle buses are rare, and seats aren't guaranteed. Taxis take at least half an hour to get, and are incredibly expensive. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is drafty and always cold. The room was incredibly small, with very basic amenities, resembling a two-star hotel in China. The shower was weak and not enclosed, leaving cold water all over the floor. Absolutely terrible review, absolutely avoid this place!

E Went on a girls trip with my adult daughter. The service was top notch without the edge of feeling as though the staff was hovering. They met our every need promptly, professionally and with genuine interest and enthusiasm!!

Average 3stars hotel, poor 4stars, never 5stars Significantly overrated hotel, belongs in the 3 stars /low 4 stars category. Rooms/furniture are very old, used. Food is around a weak taverna. But the taverna would use fresh ingredients. This hotel (dinner) lives from defrosting. Service peaple are not trained, have low attention to customers. Reception is okay however. Still, no recommendation, far too expensive for what they offer and really to poor food quality for Italy. Don't waste your vacation days.
