Very nice place and I am really happy that we found it. I feel like home. Very friendly owner, coffee outside of the room in the morning, quiet good night sleep, clean rooms, free internet. There is a parking outside in case you ate coming with car. Whole place is a bit off main roads. Breakfast was awesome. We took only one nigh but I wish we could have stayed couple of days. 5 stars for experience, low price an good quality.

Our short ski trip in Monte Cimone was fantastic, and this was due to a large extent to the excellent accommodation that we had at Casa Benassi. First of all, our request to have a room with a mountain view (expressed via email and on the telephone) was met without hesitation - once we arrived there, Alberto kindly showed us all rooms that were available and gave us the option to select any one of them. The B&B itself is decorated classicaly and in very good taste (as is most of the time the case with Italian houses), even though all the modern facilities that make life easier were present in the room and in the common area, including an excellent (but intimidating to use) coffee machine, which Alberto showed us how to use. The en-suite bathroom was spotless and very modern. My favourite thing about the room were the double set of windows (overlooking two sides of the building) and the mutiple lighting sources that were fitted in the room, which created a warm, cozy atmosphere that you don't normally expect to have in a (non-luxury) hotel room. Breakfast was provided 200m down the street at the family-owned Cafe Molinari, where we were served a very nice breakfast every morning by Alberto and his parents. Overall, a truly enjoyable place to stay on our holiday, which we will most definitely be coming back to the next time we are in the region.

Siamo stati in questo B&B perché avevamo bisogno di fare una fuga romantica. L’appartamento era favoloso, pulito, grande , caldo e pieno di comfort e silenzioso. Altrettanto la struttura , davvero pulita, nuova e perfetta. La sauna e la jacuzzi sono davvero da togliere il fiato con quella vista. Cena e colazione buona, per un prezzo irrisorio . Consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti con un cane , visto quest’ultimo ci è stata data la camera con la porta direttamente sul giardino ottima comodità . Sauna e vasca idromassaggio stupende , colazione vasta ed abbondante . Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente in pieno inverno .

Consigliatissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente, ben arredato. Colazione a buffet (su richiesta da considerarsi come extra) buonissima!!!!! A disposizione degli ospiti anche una piccola zona spa, un angolo tè/caffè e una cucina comune per gli ospiti del b&b. Che dire? Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora!

Una struttura curata nei minimi particolari, una piccola fetta di Alto Adige sull'Appennino. Camera piccola ma completa di tutto e molto carina, con accesso diretto al giardino e alla fantastica sauna finlandese e vasca idromassaggio. Colazione perfetta, sia per qualità che per quantità e ottime cene casalinghe, se si desidera. Posizione centrale e comoda per diverse camminate/ciaspolate/sciate. Contiamo di tornarci, magari in estate: siamo stati benissimo.
