Как всегда, на протяжении многих лет, при посещении Полтавы я останавливаюсь в отеле Палаццо (если есть свободные номера). Этот раз не стал исключением. Описывать номера и т.д. смыла не вижу, так как это было сделано уже много раз. Просто скажу, что все, как всегда, было на высоте. При заселении возникла небольшая проблема, которая была решена практически мгновенно, что тоже говорит об уровне гостиницы. Лучший отель Полтавы. С удовольствием вернусь сюда еще.

Премьер отель Палаццо в Полтаве, в моем личном рейтинге, занимает первое место в этом городе. Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, уютные номера, отличный завтрак шведский стол, бесплатный, охраняемый паркинг, хороший интернет, в общем, что еще нужно для отличного отдыха. Не буду вдаваться в детали по поводу номеров, так это модно прочитать как на сайте отеля, так и предыдущих отзывах. Мне все нравиться. С удовольствием вернусь сюда еще. Рекомендую.

После длительного перерыва опять имел возможность остановится в отеле Палаццо, о чем, как и до этого, совершенно не пожалел. Уровень сервиса, номеров и локацию обсуждать не вижу смысла, просто скажу, что все, пока еще, на высоте. Отличной новостью стал тот факт, что в отеле есть свой генератор, что позволило быть все время со светом, водой и теплом. Несмотря на все плюсы, также появились и небольшие минусы: в частности, из номера исчезло кофе и был только чай, да и завтраки стали немного скромнее, чем были до этого. В остальном все отлично. Рекомендую.

Не первый раз в этом отели и он держит свой уровень, даже не смотря на войну в стране. Молодцы! Везде все чисто и аккуратно. Номер: просторный, с балконом. Кровати с хорошими матрацами и подушками. В наличии халаты, тапочки и мини-парфюмерия, вода газированная, чайник и разные два вида чая. В комплексе есть ресторан, в котором можно покушать. Завтрак: шведская линия - все свежее, есть с чего выбрать. Рекомендация: заменить кофе, очень пережженный. Расположение отеля прекрасное, центр. Сервис: Это отдельное БРАВО! Все вежливые и внимательные.

Отель удобно расположен, в самом центре, рядом все достопримечательности. При входе – ресепшн, на 1 этаже находится ресторан, где утром сервируют завтрак, 2 лифта, по всей территории хорошо работает вай-фай. НОМЕР Номер 412, на 4 этаже. При входе – небольшой коридор, в комнате уютно, много светильников, приглушенный свет. Есть ТВ (отдельно QR-code со списком ТВ каналов), кондиционер, сейф, холодильник, небольшой балкончик, хорошая звукоизоляция. От отеля – комплимент: вода с газом, чай/кофе, есть чайник; отельный журнал с полезными советами что посмотреть. В ванной – корзина одноразовых принадлежностей, большая душевая кабина. В номере чисто и тепло. Изюминка отеля – картины (в номерах и коридоре), есть описание. Также в отеле есть тренажерный зал. В отеле сервируют шведский-стол на завтрак, большой выбор блюд. Персонал доброжелательный и приятный. Отелем довольны: удобное расположение, уютные номера, вкусные завтраки, приятный персонал.
