A little gem
A brief stopover on the way from and back to Rome Ciampino airport. Literally 5 mins away. Lovely host and very sweet little B&B.

Perfect little b&b
Such a friendly welcome, Fabiola couldn't have done more to make me feel at home. I will return! It has 3 rooms, one ensuite the other two share one family bathroom. The larger of those two has a balcony, and you are always welcome to make use of the garden patio which has a lovely big awning. So peaceful in the hills!

Needed a convenient place near the airport and found this gem. Friendly, clean, helpful from beginning to end.
Fabiola also allow for my car to be parked inside the property opening the main gate for me.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Castelli Romani.

Posto carino e accogliente. La signora Fabiola tanto caruccia e gentile. Io e mii marito abbiamo trascorso un periodo di vacanza per Natale con un atmosfera serena e raffinata. Elegante casetta nella traversa con posto auto. Prenotato ultimo minuto

Ho messo una stella perché non è possibile metterne zero. Proprietaria diffidente ed assillante. Non ci ha fatto nemmeno vedere la stanza o lasciare le valigie che ha subito preteso il pagamento. Al momento del check out, per sbaglio ci siamo portati la chiave del cancello, ci ha chiamati intimandoci di tornare immediatamente altrimenti avrebbe sporto denuncia, continuando a chiamare svariate volte mentre eravamo su una strada (eravamo a 30km di distanza e stavamo già tornando indietro). Ha provato a rifilarci un prezzo più alto di quello concordato, è precisa solo a modo suo. Ho mia figlia a Roma e avrei voluto tanto trovare un bnb decente. Sarà per la prossima volta. Non ci tornerei nemmeno gratis.
