Having spent a week in a studio apartment in Normandy we were looking for somewhere special to spend our last night in France. We chose Le Domaine De Coat Rogan and we were delighted with our choice. Antoine and Anne-Claire have made this accommodation something extra special. Everything about it is excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and the evening meal and breakfast were first class. On this occasion it was a one night stop on the way to Roscoff It is however an ideal place to use as a base for visiting this lovely area of northern Brittany. It's just a pity that the best grade is excellent.Antoine and Anne-Claire should be awarded Excellent+ !!!

Brilliant stay for dinner, bed and breakfast at the recently restored historic and characterful Breton farm. Free parking. Very comfortable and quiet bedroom with modern ensuite shower, delicious breakfast and dinner (with wine etc.charged separately). Our bill came to €180 for 2 people (August 2024). Warm welcome from Antoine on arrival. We had been consulted about any allergies, food dislikes etc. by e-mail that morning, and dinner was confirmed as being served at 7-8pm. When we came down we found 2 other couples in the dining room, one french and one german. Conversation became general after the (no choice) table d’hôte dinner. We were served a salad with a waffle with cream cheese herbs and garlic as a starter, a casseroled chicken with a delicious sauce, and a potato & onion bake followed by a very smooth homemade cream brûlée flavoured by tonka. Had we been vegetarian or had other dietary needs, they would have been met, I am sure. House wine & cider was good and available by bottle or glass. After a quiet night we had an expansive breakfast featuring pain perdue, fruit, yogurt, eggs au choix, and home made breads with homemade jams, mixed fruit juice and coffee. Antoine and Anne-Claire have 4 letting rooms, 4 gîtes and a family space available in lovely countryside in northern Brittany, not far from the pink granite coast which has beautiful beaches. Recommend.

Une bâtisse Bretonne magnifiquement restaurée , un accueil très chaleureux de nos Hôtes, notre chambre " chambre Trégor " spacieuse, lumineuse , douillette avec un grand lit et une literie très confortable , tout à côté une grande salle de bain superbe Que dire du repas du soir et du petit déjeuner , tout est " fait Maison " Monsieur est chef de cuisine et Madame pâtissière , tout est succulent et généreux ! Une adresse incontournable et si en plus , comme nous , vous arrivez au Domaine avec un temps gris , vous aurez peut-être la chance , d'avoir dans la chambre un poêle qui ronronne et vous délivre une douce chaleur . Merci pour cette inoubliable soirée . Eliane et Jean-Luc 11 au 12 septembre 2024 .

Découverte un peu par hasard, cette belle demeure restaurée avec beaucoup de goût, nous y avons trouvé un accueil exceptionnel. Très belle literie, chambre raffinée et salle de bains dotée d’une douche et d’une baignoire… Monsieur était cuisinier et Madame patissière, avant de s’installer au Domaine de Coat Rogan. La demi-pension est donc une affaire de professionnels… ainsi que le petit-déjeuner, avec des produits maison ou circuit court. Les repas sont succulents, une explosion de saveurs. Une belle découverte !

Nous avons eu la chance de faire une fête de famille dans cet endroit merveilleux. Nous étions une douzaine et avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Le domaine est ideal: verdoyant avec de quoi se reposer à l ombre ou jouer vec les enfants dans la vaste étendue qui jouxte le bâtiment. Je ne peux pas finir sans parler d Antoine et Anne Claire nos hôtes, qui ont été au petit soin pour nous. Aussi talentueux pour concocter l apéritif et le repas du soir que gentils et prevenant. Les chambres sont grandes et tres confortables, vous y serez bien. La note finale du petit déjeuner est une continuité dans cet enchantement. C'est à regret que nous sommes partis.
