"Our stay was extremely disappointing. What was once a 5-star hotel has now become a mediocre 3-star hotel in need of serious repair and renovation. The luxury junior suite we booked hoping for a pleasant stay turned out to be - as you can see from the photos - an old and dirty hotel room that had long lost its luster it had 20 years ago. Rotten door frames, dirty faded carpet, peeling wallpaper, a bathroom with mold, dirty torn curtains. Oh my goodness!!! Service: the hotel is preferred for its spa center, which offers mud baths and lye treatments - yes, but no. They are offered only after examination by a doctor - yes, I understand, I agree. But where is the "hotel doctor" who can examine us so that we can be admitted to the desired procedure? He has been gone for two days... one day he left, the second day he was an hour late and in a hurry... Oh my goodness! This is called 5-star service. Due to peculiarities in our diet, we preferred the option without dinner included. Great, the hotel has a restaurant. Yes, but no - there is no option to order in the restaurant. At the entrance they tell you that it is not working and you can only have dinner there at a buffet for an additional fee... Okay, I agree and accept it, but please don't mislead users. Overall, avoid this place unless you are determined to test your patience or are taking an "anger management" test."

"I stayed her from June the 10th for a week, first time in Bulgaria. Location great hotel nice but spa facilities good but worst massage I ever had . Room not cleaned for week just left towels paid for breakfast was very minimal and restaurant staff not helpful if you asked for anything no help. Reception ladies were lovely and helpful. Near bus station and trips to Sunny Beach and Nesabar only 3 Euro"

"The breakfast menu is down in nb old levs but billed in euros €13.65 for english breakfast and €3.20 for tea who are they kidding so €16.85 for breakfast with tea double the price of britain/ireland then when i ask to see manager at 10.30 when everyone gone he says hes too busy.look any business that acts like this avoid at best."
