Hotel Nuevo Mejico

The first room they gave us had plumbing issues but they stood behind the issue and tried to rectify the situation. The second room was much much better! Unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due to a personal issue.

I liked the part of the privacy feeling because I'm that kind of person, though I wanted a space for me on my own to change the daily routine of work. I was invited to a baby shower party in the south part of the island and I live in a city in the north part, so I was not driving back at night that distance for my security. I enjoyed the weather it's very cool. I'll book there again any other time.

Hotel is in a remote location. Room was decently clean, but smelled like cigarette smoke.

The unit was very clean, and cozy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower situation was strange. The shower area isnt seperated from the unit, so after the shower, I found water all over the place, all the way to the bed. I used the towels in the floor, to mop the water to the drain. A giant squeegy should be part of the unit. Had a nice time. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. UBER is not a fan of that area, it was very difficult to get a ride from there. It was a nice time.

Terrible.! Hot tub wasnt working! Sink was clogged! Notified front end with nothing done about it. Too late to go somewhere else. The typical tourist screw up.

The room was large and clean and the folks who run the hotel were lovely and accommodating.

The staff and management of this hotel are very responsible, responsive, pleasant, and friendly. The way of parking is very convenient. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The lighting options are pretty interesting.

The room is very clean and this is a practical place for one night. The bed is very uncomfortable (only has a thin sheet and no blanket), and the pillows are huge and hard. The place is quiet except for the staff’s golfcarts, which circle the area constantly.
