Le Mirage Hotel Pondicherry

Hotel was clean and good and the ***ager was also very helpful. But the night receptionist was very rude and denied to provide water from the RO. Though he agreed to give after a lot of argument.

Good atmosphere, accessible to all areas. Good restaurants nearby. Rock brach and ***akula vinayagar temple is very near.. Room are cleans. Staffs are kind.. Toilets are very well maintained.... Good for family..

Le Mirage had been recommended to me by a friend.. and it turned out to be the right choice. Close to the railway station and all view points are close to this hotel. The rooms are spacious enough and staff are very helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

1. The hotel is nothing like what they have shown in pictures. The place is smelly , and walls are soggy. 2.It feels like it's never been maintained since it's built. 3.The toilet seat was broken.they did nothing to improve the situation. 4. Paid early checkin : We arrived in the city earlier than the mentioned check in time ie 1 pm. So we called the ***ager if we can avail early check-in ? He agreed and asked us to come and then started asking extra money for the early check in. We were a group of 4 and had booked 2 rooms for the same day, so he asked for 2200 extra amount. When we started to leave he bargained and asked for 900 . But anyways we did not give in for his cheap tactics. 5.They will not give you any breakfast ,they don't prepare in their kitchen.They'll get vada and idli packed from the local tea shop and that only is the breakfast available. 6.Not worth the money. Go for a hygienic and better place

Overall, I had a great experience with the (Lemirage Hotel); Hotel staffs Sathyan and Rashed was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for weekend.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Very convenient for the railway station and bus stand. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming guests. Overall very happy to stay again in the hotel.

Visited in January 2022. Location is nice all important places like White town, Promenade beach , cafes and food joints are near by. Staff is good. Property is good and clean. Price reasonable. Will recommend.

Past few months I have been coming to this hotel. I am satisfied with this hotel for the stays. Comfortable rooms and good hotel staffs. Recommend to all. Kindly prefer this hotel once you make visit to Puducherry as well Cuddalore.

Room - clean(mini fridge, mini bar) Bathroom - clean with hot water(towel and all) Location- good ( in market) Receptionist (rashid ) he is very helpful person. Lift - working properly We stayed for two days And will stay again.
