there is no lobby to sit. no proper reception. staff behaviour was not good. the room was average.

Most important. Please do not confuse this place with hotel annamalai international, puducherry. This place is 17 kms from the main city and the main tourist attraction i. E. White town. There is no room service available. The staff is very rude and are told that the least important thing in the premises is the customer. Rooms are of good quality. Will avoid this place in future.

I booked this hotel at the last moment as it was an unplanned trip. Many hotel options were closed but i got this one and they charged per room per night. The hotel was out of city very far away and price which hotel people told us was shocking as there was no room service and other basic amenities.

There are many options for non vegetarian but not for vegetarians. Staff behaviour was rude. Room was not cleaned on second day.

It's too expensive, just a small room. Booked standard and deluxe room. Charges are huge. Not worth i would say.
