The location was amazing as it was right across from the beach. It is isolated from the rest of the town so to access other shops and restaurant is about a 20-25 walk. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good but the dinner buffet needed more options. The room and facilities were clean. The bed in the room could have been more comfortable. It was very helpful that parking was free and right in front of the hotel lobby.

Family Holiday -Stayed from 28.09.25-05.10.25, Room 822. It was last minute holiday for our family, we stayed in room 822 .Hotel has fantastick location,great amenities,fantastick views and excursion opurtunities , including very warm temperature water indoor pool,with water massage/ and two outdoor pools, with very warm temperature water jacuzzi ,absolutely perferct, plenty of sunbeds to choose at any angle of pool area.Hotel located next to the beach-back gates led to the wonderful ,relaxing beach and waterfront area, where is shops,bars caffees and restaurants, also great nighlife. Room 822 was cleaned every day , hige thank you to Housekeeping staff,towels changed every day, also Hotel providing beach towel and water for hotel guests, which unfortunately wasnt said on check- in at the reception, we were checked in by Marc,however he mentioned us he will explain later regards towels, but forgot, we found out by our selves by asking to other member of the reception staff Oscar,who really showed his great customer skills and he is great asset to the company,he provided exceptional service with welcoming attitude and smile,and explained all details ,he also offered water on the last day before travel home. We also had issue with our transfers to get back home, which was related to mix up with company where we booked holidays, (not relatable to Hotel),but Reception Staff members -Daniel and Lidia helped us to resolve issue with communication and phone calls ,which we were greatfull.They are also had great customer care skills,and was very helpfull. In the Hotel room ,we felt its lacked Welcome / Information pack, which should of contained all information for hotels amenities,restaurant times,beach towel accesability,anything really need to know as a guest,we had to ask and find out by ourselves and sometimes we felt we are asking to many questions,felt very unusual,also there wasnt any tea / coffee caddy in the room. We were looking for any water sport activities, but season was over, even it was 27 degrees hot, so we couldnt find any, however we had best time when we visited MiniHollywood Oasys,which we bought tickets ourselves and visited via bus.Also went to City Almeria with buss and Roquetas . Overall the holidays was amazing, very relaxing,sightseeing,great shopping amenities,fantastick local spanish culture shined trough,which was our main expectation. We also enjoyed all food choices what was on the offer, we had breakfast and dinner inclusive,food provided by Hotel was delicious, great spanish food, with small twist of other tastefull menu choices, Food and Beverage staff was hard working , amazing, allways cleaned tables, everthing been well managed by supervisors , cheffs and overall we fantastic stay, would definately will stay there again, also suggested to my friends to stay here .

We had the loveliest stay here, Rosa on reception was a dream and did everything she could to accommodate our needs. For a 4 star hotel the staff was are amazing, some parts of the hotel are a little outdated, however that did not make a difference to how much we enjoyed our holiday. All inclusive option was very well priced, plenty of options for everyone at meal times. Kids pool and slides were great for the little one and the beach being situated across the road made it easy to have a change of scenery from the hotel. If you are looking for a chilled family holiday I would recommend.

A mixed experience. The hotel was booked as part of a competition win, meaning we didn’t pay for our booking - something we were relieved about in honesty as if we had paid we would have been immensely disappointed. The location and access to the beach is fantastic, we loved how easy it was to leave and explore, walking along the promenade and enjoying the beautiful beach. The staff we found to always be polite, friendly and attentive. The main downside was the food, we were half board and found the evening meals in particular to be awful, we would often find the food was cold and inedible. Breakfasts were far better. We were in the minority not being all inclusive and had expected to be able to get light lunchtime bar snacks around the pool but this wasn’t possible so we went out everyday for lunch. We enquired about the cost of lunch h in the hotel and were shocked it was approx €29 per person, expensive when the food isn’t quality. The interior of the hotel is a mishmash of odd chairs and feels like it is well overdue a makeover. The evening entertainment suggests the hotel has minimal budget to do anything worthy of entertaining. The animation team around the pool were fun and pool games in the afternoon were good. The biggest issue we also experienced was the fight for sunbeds. The pool is open 10am to 8pm and this caused holiday makers to queue like a pack to get pool access, as the gate opened at 10am people ran to get sunbeds, elbows out and towels at the ready. Towels would be plonked on beds and then guests would disappear for a few hours or longer. The hotel has signs to say towels left for over an hour would be removed but when pointing out towels left on beds for two hours the lifeguard said they only exercise the rule in the afternoon.

Short flight, nice hotel, updated our room and it was amazing, excellent view, so big, clean and we had a butler, if we needed them. Breakfast was lovely. We ate out lunch and evening meal, all restaurants were good on the front. Although it was a hot week, the pool was shut as it was our of season but the beach is across the road. Lovely break. Reception very helpful and friendly.
