Disappointing stay during September 2022 given the previous feedback & ratings. Although I was impressed by the reception and housekeeping staff who were approachable & friendly. Our main problem was that the door to our room was very difficult to open, there is a problem with the locking mechanism / door frame that we reported on day one but was never fixed. This aligns with a general lack of visible maintenance in the gardens. Otherwise; Good breakfast, although when busy they are clearly understaffed as tables were uncleared and key items of crockery, coffee cups, became unavailable. Location is good if you are fit enough to manage the uneven steps and subsequent climb back up, which thankfully we were. There was litttle atmosphere in the public areas and it all shuts at 21:30 and no restaurant on a Sunday. Pont Aven village is livlier.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our '2-bedroom apartment': in fact, a substantial end-of-terrace house in a a newish development of 20 or more alongside the smartly-presented hotel; clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities, and some of the rules for the house were rather complex, including an unnecessarily thorough inventory process. We appreciated the easy access (yes, steps a bit steep) to the lively town below; access by car is rather more convoluted. It's true that the gardens around the houses could have been better cared for, but it's still a pleasant environment. Overall recommended as a self-catering option in an attractive well-served location, with the reassurance of a hotel reception close by.

Séjour très agréable. Les maisons sont spacieuses, très propres, très calmes. La piscine est adaptée aux enfants, eau chaude. Accueil charmant. Permet de visiter les alentours facilement en voiture. La ville est charmante. Idéal famille

Nous avons été bien accueilli, l'endroit est calme donc reposant, le logement propre et fonctionnel, le gérant est à l'écoute et disponible, pas obligé de prendre la voiture pour se rendre dans le centre de Pont-Aven. L'espace détente est agréable.

Résidence idéalement située par rapport au centre ville, que l'on atteint rapidement à pieds grâce à un petit chemin. Pratique et ce, même si la remontée est un peu plus sportive. Excellent accueil. Notre maisonnette était confortable, propre, bien agencée, les pièces spacieuses, très appréciable par rapport à certaines résidences. En résumé, tout y est bien pensé. Parking à côté de la maison. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute des demandes. Appartement très propre et bien agencé. 1 seul point négatif , le manque d'éclairage dans la kitchenette (évier et plaque cuisson dans le meuble sans éclairage et même en laissant la lumière dans l'entrée cela reste bien sombre)A part ce petit point négatif , notre séjour a été bien agréable dans la résidence

Un excellent accueil de la part du responsable et de Valentin toujours disponible. La maison est très bien aménagée, très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Emplacement idéal au centre du village par un petit chemin . 2 semaines idéales avec le soleil en prime .Gr 34 à proximité pour de belles balades . Tous les conseils sont donnés à la réception.
