Great pool and sauna. Room big and very central location. Breakfast was very good.

Good value for money but service led a bit to be desired, for instance I asked for slippers and they gave me some but made me go down to get them

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

Very nice hotel. The front desk arranged to get my room earlier than 3pm. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. Everyone speaks English. Comfy bed. Burgers at the bar was delicious and breakfast was great. Close to shops, supermarket, gas station and cafe making it a prime location for my first time in Ponta Delgada. It was just a stopover but wish I stayed longer.

Very modern and clean hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel during our three-day family vacation in Ponta Delgada! From the warm welcome to the comfort of the facilities, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, providing us with an excellent rest after days exploring the Azores. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for all tastes. The location of the hotel was also a big positive point, allowing us easy access to the city's main attractions. Furthermore, the friendliness and availability of the staff made all the difference in our experience. Without a doubt, a hotel that we recommend and would love to return to!

The location is close to the airport, but the bus from the airport to all Ponta Delgada hotels is a flat price. The breakfast is relatively simple. We ate it for four consecutive days and it was a bit greasy. The indoor facilities and environment are normal four-star hotels.

Great service Friendly people

A good hotel located very close to the centre, with easy parking nearby. The staff is not very friendly but they are helpful. Breakfast was fine for a buffet, but nothing spectacular. The room lacked a lot of light, you were in semi-darkness and in the bathroom I lacked light for basic makeup. There were also no hangers to hang bags or jackets, only the hangers in the wardrobe.

The hotel is very friendly and very central. The only less good things in my opinion were: parking costs €9 for those staying at the hotel, I think it's indecent, and the gym is also a little weak for those who like to do some workouts. Other than that, it was a good experience.

A very good stay experience. The hotel facilities are very new and deserve the four-star rating. It takes a few minutes to walk to the old town, but it is within a very convenient range, and it is very convenient to park because you don't have to drive in the old town. Very good value for money. Breakfast is average, with a lot of good bread choices but no real meat.

The location is good, quite central and the service was good. The breakfast could be improved in terms of the amount of elements to put in the bread, which they gave us was insufficient for two people and the breakfast cereals should have been something like oatmeal and granola instead of achapic and estrelitas. Overall I think it has good quality for the price.
